Prayer President Trump’s New Administration 01 02 2025
I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. Ask God to help them; intercede on their behalf, and give thanks for them. 2 Pray this way for kings and all who are in authority so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity. 3 This is good and pleases God our Savior, 4 who wants everyone to be saved and to understand the truth.

Respect for Authority
Everyone must submit to governing authorities. For all authority comes from God, and those in positions of authority have been placed there by God. 2 So anyone who rebels against authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and they will be punished. 3

Ps 111:10.
What does it mean to fear the LORD?
To fear God is to regard God with reverent awe. He alone is holy, awesome, and glorious Isaiah 6:3. He is worthy of our respect. Because God is righteous, we should be concerned about the consequences of displeasing him. Our fear is not one which leaves us cowering and terrified but rather is like the respect a son should have towards his father. The fear of God leads to wise and pure living: ‘By the fear of the LORD one keeps away from evil’ (Prov. 16:6b).
To fear God is to submit to him, turning from self-assertion and evil: ‘Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and turn away from evil’ (3:7). We are not autonomous beings, free to assert our own will and decide what is right for us. We must acknowledge the LORD’s sovereign moral governance of the universe. We should be open to his training and correction and trust that his way is always best. To fear God is to know God. To know God is to have life (19:23a). When you fear God, you no longer fear men (29:25).
The fear of the LORD is not a beginning like the first stage of a rocket which is cast aside after it has served its purpose. Rather, the fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom in the same way in which a foundation is the beginning of a house: everything that comes after the foundation is built upon it.
Jim Newheiser, Opening up Proverbs, Opening Up Commentary (Leominster: Day One Publications, 2008), 28.
My Heavenly Father, May Your Name be Kept Holy (Matthew 6.9). I prostrate myself before You and declare that all that I am praises Your Holy Name (Psalm 103.1). YOU are King of the universe. I declare that the earth is the LORD’s and everything in it; the world and all its people belong to the LORD (Psalm 24:1). I declare that You are worthy, My Father GOD, to receive glory and honor and praise. For you created all things and everything exists because you created what you pleased (Revelation 4:11). I honor You, FATHER GOD, as Holy (Isaiah 6:3; Revelation 4:8). I Praise and Magnify YOUR Holy Name (Matthew 6:9; Luke 11:2). YOU are Alpha and the Omega—the beginning and the end,” says the Lord God. “I am the one who is, who always was, and who is still to come—the Almighty One.” (Revelation 1:8). YOU are the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End (Revelation 22:13). YOU are glorified and I present myself as YOUR humble servant. Father, YOU become greater and greater in my life as I become less and less (John 3:30).
While I was yet in sin and I viewed myself as being a good and righteous person, YOU saw me as filthy rags (Isaiah 64:6). Father, on this day, I bow before YOU, worship YOU, and praise YOUR HOLY NAME for your unfailing love and faithfulness. Thank You from the depth of my soul for looking down from Heaven and sending Your Son, JESUS, who knew no sins to be the sacrificial Lamb of GOD for my sins (John 1:29; Romans 3:25; I John 4:10). Thank YOU for sending the sinless, spotless Lamb of GOD, JESUS, CHRIST, whose precious blood paid the ransom for my empty life and made me right with YOU, FATHER GOD, and freed us and made an offering from our sins (I Peter 1:18-19; I Corinthians 1:30; 2 Corinthians 5:21).
While I was a slave to sin, YOU sent JESUS to buy my freedom (Galatians 4:4-5). Thank YOU for loving me enough to send your Son, JESUS, so I could be adopted as YOUR child (Ephesians 1:5). Thank YOU, JESUS, for dying on the cross for my sins (I Peter 2:24-25). I openly declare that Jesus is my Lord and believe in my heart that GOD raised him from the dead. By faith, I declare publicly that I am saved (Romans 10:9-10). Now, I have YOU living in me (I John 4:14 – 15). So, I declare that I am no longer a slave to sin, but I am a child of GOD which makes me an heir (Galatians 4:7). Together with Christ, we are heirs of God’s glory and must share in his suffering (Romans 8:17). But, what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later (Romans 8:18). Because I am an adopted child of GOD (Galatians 4:5), YOU sent your HOLY SPIRIT to my heart (Galatians 4:6) and I received the HOLY SPIRIT (Romans 4:15). I, Earlene Marian Richardson McNair, am a child of GOD so I can say Abba, Father (Romans 8:15; Galatians 4:6).
I acknowledge that GOD made Christ, who never sinned, the offering for our sin so I could be made right with GOD through Christ (2 Corinthians 5:21). I acknowledge that JESUS, our great High Priest, entered heaven, understands my weaknesses, has faced all the same tests as me, yet HE did not sin (Hebrews 4:14-15). So, let me come boldly to the Throne of our gracious GOD. At the feet of GOD’s Throne, I will receive HIS mercy and find grace to help us when we need it the most (Hebrews 4:16).
We, citizens of the United States of America, do not have kings in our country. We call the leader of our country the President of the United States of America. YOU decided that on January 20, 2025 President Donald John Trump will be the President of the United States of America and its territories Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, and its uninhabited territories. We stand on YOUR WORD and pray for each of the following people both individually and as collectively: President Donald John Trump his wife Melania Trump and their families, and his family, Vice President James David Vance and his wife Usha Vance and their families, President Trump’s and Vice President Vance’s staff and their families, all who are serving President Trump and Vice President Vance in any capacity and their families, all the Presidential Cabinet nominees and their families, all Presidential appointments and their families, and all who will be in authority and serve in this 47th President’s Administration and their families. FATHER GOD, YOU know the specific names of everyone mentioned in this prayer because YOU knew them before they were formed and You knitted them together in their mother’s womb (Jeremiah 1:5; Psalm 139:13). We ask YOU, FATHER GOD, to help them. We intercede on their behalf. We give thanks for them so that we can live peaceful and quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity (I Timothy 2: 1-2).
YOU know the specific names of each one mentioned in the prayer. We ask YOU to break up the hard ground not only in each of the following people’s hearts as both an individual and collectively: President Donald John Trump his wife Melania Trump and their families, and his family, Vice President James David Vance and his wife Usha Vance and their families, President Trump’s and Vice President Vance’s staff and their families, all who are serving President Trump and Vice President Vance in any capacity and their families, all the Presidential Cabinet nominees and their families, all Presidential appointments and their families, and all who will be in authority and serve in this 47th President’s Administration and their families (Hosea 10:12), plant seeds of YOUR righteousness in their hearts, send someone to water these seeds, and YOU make it grow (I Corinthians 3:6). I ask YOU to send the message about Christ to each of the following people’s hearts as both an individual and collectively by name: President Donald John Trump his wife Melania Trump and their families, and his family, Vice President James David Vance and his wife Usha Vance and their families, President Trump’s and Vice President Vance’s staff and their families, all who are serving President Trump and Vice President Vance in any capacity and their families, all the Presidential Cabinet nominees and their families, all Presidential appointments and their families, and all who will be in authority and serve in this 47th President’s Administration and their families so its richness can fill their lives (Colossians 3:16). You do not want anyone to perish but all to be saved (2 Peter 3:8-10; I Timothy 2:4). HOLY SPIRIT Convict the following both individually and collectively by name of sin and unrighteousness (John 16:8): President Donald John Trump his wife Melania Trump and their families, and his family, Vice President James David Vance and his wife Usha Vance and their families, President Trump’s and Vice President Vance’s staff and their families, all who are serving President Trump and Vice President Vance in any capacity and their families, all the Presidential Cabinet nominees and their families, all Presidential appointments and their families, and all who will be in authority and serve in this 47th President’s Administration and their families by name so they see the light of GOD (Micah 7:8; Psalms 119:130; Ephesians 5:8), hear the Word of GOD (Hebrews 3:7), and be saved (John 10:7-10).
Just like Abraham pleaded with GOD for Sodom (Genesis 18:22-33); Just like Moses pleaded with GOD for the Israelites after they corrupted themselves by indulging in pagan celebrations (Exodus 32:9-14); Just like Moses and Aaron fell on their face before GOD and pleaded for the Israelites who incurred a deadly plague because of their complaining and disobedience against GOD (Numbers 16:43-48); Just like Samuel prayed for Israel to turn back to GOD and worship HIM alone after they worshipped idols (I Samuel 7:5-9; I Samuel 12:19-23); Just like Job prayed for his friends (Job 42:8 -10); Just like JESUS pleaded to HIS FATHER for those in the mob who demanded, condoned, and participated in HIS crucifixion (Luke 23:34), FATHER, GOD, I, Earlene Marian Richardson McNair, stand before YOU as an intercessory on behalf of we, both the Citizens of and those living in the United States of America, our families, tribes, neighborhoods, boroughs, parishes, villages, hamlets, towns, special districts, Indian reservations, Census-Designated Places (CDPs), territories and possessions, Counties, States, and as a Nation to confess that we all have sinned as an individual and collectively with groups of people (I John 1:9). If we claim that we never sin, then we are calling YOU, GOD, a liar, we are fooling ourselves and not telling the truth which demonstrates that your WORD has no place in our hearts (I John 1:8; I John 1:10). But, if we confess our sins, even those committed in ignorance, We know that YOU are faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all wickedness and unrighteousness (I John 1:9).
Just like Nehemiah who interceded for the people of Israel, we, Prayer Warriors, and intercessors, who are this country’s cup bearers, interceded for every citizen living in the United States of America, including President Donald Trump, each member his staff by name, and each member of his administration by name (Nehemiah 1:1-9).
New Living Translation Chapter 1
4 When I heard this, I sat down and wept. In fact, for days I mourned, fasted, and prayed to the God of heaven. 5 Then I said,
“O LORD, God of heaven, the great and awesome God who keeps his covenant of unfailing love with those who love him and obey his commands, 6 listen to my prayer! Look down and see me praying night and day for your people Israel. I confess that we have sinned against you. Yes, even my own family and I have sinned! 7 We have sinned terribly by not obeying the commands, decrees, and regulations that you gave us through your servant Moses.
8 “Please remember what you told your servant Moses: ‘If you are unfaithful to me, I will scatter you among the nations. 9 But if you return to me and obey my commands and live by them, then even if you are exiled to the ends of the earth, I will bring you back to the place I have chosen for my name to be honored.’
10 “The people you rescued by your great power and strong hand are your servants. 11 O Lord, please hear my prayer! Listen to the prayers of those of us who delight in honoring you. Please grant me success today by making the king favorable to me. Put it into his heart to be kind to me.”
In those days I was the king’s cup-bearer
New Living Translation Chapter 5
13 But their evil intentions will be exposed when the light shines on them, 14 for the light makes everything visible
As Your child, FATHER GOD, I stand in the gap and intercede for President Trump who will have authority over me and my other United States citizens and authority over the United States and its territories as its 47thPresident on January 20, 2025. My desire is to please YOU, FATHER GOD, so I intercede for President Donald Trump, his wife Melania Trump and their families, but also, J.D. Vance, his wife Usha Vance and their families, and each member of President Donald Trump’s staff by name and each member of his administration by name and their families so we can live peacefully and have quiet lives marked by godliness and dignity (I Timothy 2:1-3). We ask that President Donald Trump approaches the Presidency YOU gave him with a referential fear of YOU. Remind President Trump the fear of the LORD is the foundation for true wisdom and never be impressed with his own wisdom (Psalm 111:10; Proverbs 9:10; Proverbs 3:7). We declare that President Donald Trump’s heart is like a stream of water directed by the Lord and YOU guide it wherever YOU please (Proverbs 21:1).
FATHER, GOD, YOU gave President Donald Trump the gift of serving others and leadership abilities (Romans 12:7). Let him always remember that this privilege and authority was given to him by YOU (Romans 12:3). So, he must always take this responsibility seriously (Romans 12:7) and never think he is better than he really is (Romans 12:3). Remind President Donald Trump that GOD opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble (James 4:6; I Peter 5:5). I ask that President Donald Trump always evaluates himself honestly by using GOD’s standards; not his own standards; and not the world’s standards (Romans 12:3) because this is not wise (2 Corinthians 10:12).
We, the citizens of the United States of America, declare that President Donald Trump is the Lord’s Chosen Servant who will please GOD (Isaiah 42:1-4). We ask that YOU become greater and greater while President Donald Trump becomes less and less in his eyes, in his family’s eyes, in we, the Citizens of the United States eyes, and in the world’s eyes (John 3:30). Remind President Donald Trump, each member of his staff by name, and each member of this administration by name that YOUR WORD states that the greatest among you must be a servant; those exalted will be humbled; and those who humble themselves will be exalted (Matthew 23:11-12). We ask YOU to teach each member of his staff by name and each member of his administration by name how to be servants. We decare that President Donald Trump and his administration will bring justice to the nations (Isaiah 42:1). Even though he may shout and speak loud in public, we ask that to YOU to perform DIVINE miracles so every time he speaks YOU transform it into a speech or conversation that is gracious and attractive to the receiver and listener so that he will have the right response from everyone (Colossians 4:6). Even with his perceived strength of the United States of America, Remind him not to crush the weakest reed or put out a flickering candle in neither us, the citizens of the United States of America, nor the nations of the world. I ask YOU to use President Donald Trump and his administration to bring justice to the nations.

5 Trust in the LORD with all your heart;
do not depend on your own understanding.
6 Seek his will in all you do,
and he will show you which path to take

With every deci let his administration pursue justice truth and justice also reign in this country (Deuteronomy 16:20; Psalm 94:15). President Trump and his administration will bring justice to all who have been wronged. We know that in this world we will have trials and tribulations (I John 4:4). We ask YOU to raise up Prayer Warriors and Intercessors to lean and trust in YOU for President Trump and his administration and the United States of America. Remind these Prayer Warriors, Intercessors, President Donald Trump and this administration that YOU have overcome the world (John 16:33) so do not falter until justice reigns throughout the earth. Because of the YOU hand selected President Trump’s and will hand select each member of his administration, nations around the world will seek instruction and their advice (Isaiah 42:1-4).
We ask that You give each and every member of his administration spirit, soul, and body (I Thessalonians 5:23) the attitude to seek and embody the truth, rather than their own personal ambitions. In their respective positions, let each member of his administration be voices for the truth. If a member of President Trump’s administration every uses truth and justice as any type of evil weapon which does not represent YOU, then we ask that YOU thwart their efforts. FATHER, GOD, YOU, become greater and greater while President Trump and each one in his administration becomes lesser and lesser (John 3:30). Besides seeing a mighty flood of justice in the I declare that we shall see an endless river of righteous living in the United States of America (Amos 5:24).
We know that Satan and not YOU is the author or confusion and the father or lies (I Corinthians 14:33; John 8:44). Satan is a thief and his purpose is to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). Satan and his agents have perverted hearts that plot evil and stir up trouble. We ask that YOU to destroy every evil plot and break it in an instant beyond all hope of healing against the United States of America or President Trump and his administration whether it comes internally or externally whether it comes from someone who has infiltrated President Trump’s administration or whether it comes from someone in the US Congress or the US Senate or whether it comes from some government agency or government official or whether it comes from a “trusted friend” or known enemy or stranger (Proverbs 6:14 – 15).

The LORD’s Chosen Servant
1 “Look at my servant, whom I strengthen.
He is my chosen one, who pleases me.
I have put my Spirit upon him.
He will bring justice to the nations.
2 He will not shout
or raise his voice in public.
3 He will not crush the weakest reed
or put out a flickering candle.
He will bring justice to all who have been wronged.
4 He will not falter or lose heart
until justice prevails throughout the earth.
Even distant lands beyond the sea will wait for his instruction.

YOU know that We, the citizens of the United States of America
Technology misinformation. Peel back layers so we can always hear the truth.
We ask YOU to heal the spirits, souls, and bodies of us, the United States citizens, no matter who we voted for so we can unite under YOUR banner (I Thessalonians 5:23).
3 Because of the privilege and authority God has given me, I give each of you this warning: Don’t think you are better than you really are. Be honest in your evaluation of yourselves, measuring yourselves by the faith God has given us. 4 Just as our bodies have many parts and each part has a special function, 5 so it is with Christ’s body. We are many parts of one body, and we all belong to each other.
6 In his grace, God has given us different gifts for doing certain things well. So if God has given you the ability to prophesy, speak out with as much faith as God has given you. 7 If your gift is serving others, serve them well. If you are a teacher, teach well. 8 If your gift is to encourage others, be encouraging. If it is giving, give generously. If God has given you leadership ability, take the responsibility seriously. And if you have a gift for showing kindness to others, do it gladly

7 Don’t be impressed with your own wisdom.
Instead, fear the LORD and turn away from evil.
(Proverbs 3:7)
1 Corinthians 3:18–23 NLT
18Stop deceiving yourselves. If you think you are wise by this world’s standards, you need to become a fool to be truly wise. 19 For the wisdom of this world is foolishness to God. As the Scriptures say,
“He traps the wise
in the snare of their own cleverness.”
20 And again,
“The Lord knows the thoughts of the wise;
he knows they are worthless.”
21 So don’t boast about following a particular human leader. For everything belongs to you—22 whether Paul or Apollos or Peter, or the world, or life and death, or the present and the future. Everything belongs to you, 23 and you belong to Christ, and Christ belongs to God.
JESUS, YOU said that everything hidden will eventually be brought into the open and every secret will be brought to light (Mark 4:22). We know that even our secret sins are spread out before YOU and YOU see them all (Psalm 90:8; I John 1:9). JESUS said, For the time is coming when everything that is covered will be revealed, and all that is secret will be made known to all (Matthew 10:26).
JESUS said, “For the time is coming when everything that is covered will be revealed, and all that is secret will be made known to all” (Matthew 10:26; Luke 12:2); “Whatever you have said in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have whispered behind closed doors will be shouted from the housetops for all to hear!” (Luke 12:3).

but he delights in those who tell the truth.

9 People with integrity walk safely,
but those who follow crooked paths will be exposed.

1I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people.
New Living Translation Chapter 4
Therefore, since God in his mercy has given us this new way, we never give up. 2 We reject all shameful deeds and underhanded methods. We don’t try to trick anyone or distort the word of God. We tell the truth before God, and all who are honest know this.
(2 Corinthians 4:1-2)
New Living Translation Chapter 2
Judgment against Wealthy Oppressors
1 What sorrow awaits you who lie awake at night,
thinking up evil plans.
You rise at dawn and hurry to carry them out,
simply because you have the power to do so.
2 When you want a piece of land,
you find a way to seize it.
When you want someone’s house,
you take it by fraud and violence.
You cheat a man of his property,
stealing his family’s inheritance.
3 But this is what the LORD says:
“I will reward your evil with evil;
you won’t be able to pull your neck out of the noose.
You will no longer walk around proudly,
for it will be a terrible time.”
4 In that day your enemies will make fun of you
by singing this song of despair about you:
“We are finished,
completely ruined!
God has confiscated our land,
taking it from us.
He has given our fields
to those who betrayed us.”
5 Others will set your boundaries then,
and the LORD’s people will have no say
in how the land is divided.
(Micah 2:1-5)
Isaiah 59:3NLT
3Your hands are the hands of murderers,
and your fingers are filthy with sin.
Your lips are full of lies,
and your mouth spews corruption.
Ezekiel 24:11NLT
11Now set the empty pot on the coals.
Heat it red hot!
Burn away the filth and corruption.
Micah 3:10NLT
10You are building Jerusalem
on a foundation of murder and corruption.
Luke 11:43–44 (NLT)
43 “What sorrow awaits you Pharisees! For you love to sit in the seats of honor in the synagogues and receive respectful greetings as you walk in the marketplaces. 44 Yes, what sorrow awaits you! For you are like hidden graves in a field. People walk over them without knowing the corruption they are stepping on.”
1 Corinthians 15:33 NLT
33Don’t be fooled by those who say such things, for “bad company corrupts good character.”
1 Timothy 6:2–10 NLT
2If the masters are believers, that is no excuse for being disrespectful. Those slaves should work all the harder because their efforts are helping other believers who are well loved.
Teach these things, Timothy, and encourage everyone to obey them. 3Some people may contradict our teaching, but these are the wholesome teachings of the Lord Jesus Christ. These teachings promote a godly life. 4Anyone who teaches something different is arrogant and lacks understanding. Such a person has an unhealthy desire to quibble over the meaning of words. This stirs up arguments ending in jealousy, division, slander, and evil suspicions. 5 These people always cause trouble. Their minds are corrupt, and they have turned their backs on the truth. To them, a show of godliness is just a way to become wealthy.
6 Yet true godliness with contentment is itself great wealth. 7After all, we brought nothing with us when we came into the world, and we can’t take anything with us when we leave it. 8 So if we have enough food and clothing, let us be content.
9 But people who long to be rich fall into temptation and are trapped by many foolish and harmful desires that plunge them into ruin and destruction. 10 For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil. And some people, craving money, have wandered from the true faith and pierced themselves with many sorrows.
Titus 1:15–16NLT
15Everything is pure to those whose hearts are pure. But nothing is pure to those who are corrupt and unbelieving, because their minds and consciences are corrupted. 16 Such people claim they know God, but they deny him by the way they live. They are detestable and disobedient, worthless for doing anything good.
Hebrews 12:15–16 NLT
15Look after each other so that none of you fails to receive the grace of God. Watch out that no poisonous root of bitterness grows up to trouble you, corrupting many. 16 Make sure that no one is immoral or godless like Esau, who traded his birthright as the firstborn son for a single meal.
James 3:5–10NLT
5In the same way, the tongue is a small thing that makes grand speeches.
But a tiny spark can set a great forest on fire. 6 And among all the parts of the body, the tongue is a flame of fire. It is a whole world of wickedness, corrupting your entire body. It can set your whole life on fire, for it is set on fire by hell itself.
7 People can tame all kinds of animals, birds, reptiles, and fish, 8but no one can tame the tongue. It is restless and evil, full of deadly poison. 9 Sometimes it praises our Lord and Father, and sometimes it curses those who have been made in the image of God. 10 And so blessing and cursing come pouring out of the same mouth. Surely, my brothers and sisters, this is not right!
