How often do you read your Bible?

A new world will arise out of the religious mists when we approach our Bible with the idea that it is … a book which is now speaking.

2 Timothy 3:16–17 NIV
All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

All Scripture…

…is God-breathed…

…and is useful for…

Teaching

Rebuking

Correcting

Training in Righteousness

So that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work

What a tragedy for any Christian to be labeled as spiritually unprepared for a task when the means of instruction and preparation are readily at hand!
Thomas D. Lea and Hayne P. Griffin, 1, 2 Timothy, Titus, vol. 34, The New American Commentary (Nashville: Broadman & Holman Publishers, 1992), 238.
