Looking at 8a and 9a, we can see the direct correlation between receiving commandments and actually putting action behind them in the form of walking. The progression is to receive commandments -> walk in security.
What is the difference between integrity and crooked ways?
Integrity - being whole and undivided.
v. 10, the winking eye is a reference to deception. The repetition at the end of the verse ties these three verses together.
