If your goal is to make a way out of a place, then the role of every object in that place is to keep you from reaching that goal. Even the inanimate objects have that job. To reach that goal, you need something to show the correct way to go or the way not to go. Your hands, ears, eyes and nose can give you information about what’s around you. However, none of them can tell you the correct way to go. You can be guided by your own experience of what seems like the desirable direction, or you can let yourself be guided by something outside of yourself. Let God take your hand, call your name, point, or draw a path to where He knows you should be. Isaiah 60:1–3; Isaiah 9:2; John 1:4–5; John 8:12; Matthew 11:28; Philippians 2:14–16; 1 John 4:4–6
