God's Word is clear on what the gospel is and isn’t. Each lesson will help you think through the vital aspects of a God-centered message, while the Hands-On Evangelism and Apologetics" will provide practical applications to assist you. The goal of this class is to assist you in glorifying God by proclaiming the saving message of Jesus Christ and providing a defense for the hope that is within you! At the same time, it will equip to do understand why do we do Outreach Ministries at GBC and what is the biblical foundation for them.

To establish a clear biblical foundation for evangelism.
To understand what biblical evangelism looks like.
To equip you to communicate a clear and understandable biblical gospel presentation.
What to say, what not to say, what to emphasize, etc.
I want to be clear: salvation is of the Lord.
But faithfulness in communicating the Gospel.
No, communicating half trues of false trues.
To expose you to the many evangelism opportunities the Lord brings your way.
The more evangelistic-minded you are, the more opportunities you will seek and take.

Class Requirements
The most important thing to remember about the class requirements is that they help you become more effective in sharing the Gospel.
So, what you put into the class is what you will get out of the class.
However, every aspect of the course is meant to aid in that.
Be here. [Ask Questions]
Memorize the gospel presentation [Back of the workbook] [Priority #2]
Read “What is the Gospel?” – Greg Gilbert
Read “”Marks of a Messenger - J. Mack Stiles
Pray daily for three unbelievers [Priority #1]
Attend each evangelism excursion [Priority #3]
Fail with people who love us.
Learn from each other.
Complete the four homework assignments. [They will not be graded]

Work Sheet 1 - The most crucial part is #1.
You will be praying for these three individuals in this class.
Take time to think and pray about who should be there.
You will make a valid effort to share the Gospel with these people.
[Logic] Start with a small group of people. You can focus your heart and efforts on these three.
Not to say you can’t share the Gospel with others.
Memorize Verse Cards [God].
Turn to the back and look at the cards.
As a group, we will follow the card that is here.
But you can use other verses.
Like for God created and owns everything, I use John 1:1-5 and Hebrews 1:3.
