Title: The Power of Our Words and Actions

Scripture: “Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer.” (Psalm 19:14)

Teaching

Words Have Power

The Bible teaches that our words carry life or death.“The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.” (Proverbs 18:21)

Every word we speak can build someone up or tear them down.

Avoid Gossip and Negative Speech

Gossip and negative talk harm relationships and create division.“Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up.” (Ephesians 4:29)Instead, focus on speaking words that encourage and bless others.

Speak with Wisdom and Kindness

A wise person speaks with care and kindness.“A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.” (Proverbs 15:1)Let’s be mindful of how we respond to others, even when we feel upset.

Living as an Example of Christ

Our actions reflect our faith.“In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness, and soundness of speech.” (Titus 2:7-8)When we live with integrity and love, others are drawn to God through us.

Conclusion

Let’s ask God to help us speak words of kindness and truth, avoid negativity, and live in a way that pleases Him.

Session - II

Title: Honoring God with Our Finances

Scripture: “Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all your produce; then your barns will be filled with plenty, and your vats will be bursting with wine.” (Proverbs 3:9-10)

Teaching

Acknowledge God as the Provider

Everything we have comes from God.

When we recognize this, it shifts our mindset from ownership to stewardship.

“The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it.” (Psalm 24:1)

Tithing and Generosity

Give the first portion of your income back to God as an act of worship and trust.

“Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven.” (Malachi 3:10)

Generosity opens the door for God’s blessings.

Avoid Debt

Borrowing wisely and living within our means honors God and protects us from financial stress.

“The borrower is slave to the lender.” (Proverbs 22:7)

Plan and Save Wisely

Saving and budgeting are biblical principles that reflect good stewardship.

“The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance, but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty.” (Proverbs 21:5)

Be prepared for future needs, but don’t let money become your trust—always depend on God.

Contentment is Key

Trust God for your needs and avoid the trap of materialism.

“Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, ‘I will never leave you nor forsake you.’” (Hebrews 13:5)

Conclusion

When we handle our finances God’s way—by giving, saving, avoiding debt, and trusting Him—He blesses us abundantly, not just financially but in peace and contentment.

Session - III

Title: Living as Godly Children

Scripture: “Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Honor your father and mother.” (Ephesians 6:1-2)

Teaching

Obedience Brings Blessings

God calls children to honor and obey their parents, which pleases Him and leads to blessings.

“Obey your leaders and submit to them, for they are keeping watch over your souls.” (Hebrews 13:17)

Obeying parents is also a way to show respect for God, who placed them in your life.

Be Mindful of Family Situations

Understand the challenges your family might be facing, such as financial or emotional struggles.

Show care by helping out and avoiding unnecessary demands.

“Do to others as you would have them do to you.” (Luke 6:31)

Focus on Studies and Personal Growth

Education is a tool God uses to prepare you for His purpose in your life.

Study with diligence and see your studies as an act of worship.

“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.” (Colossians 3:23)

Commit to Daily Devotion

Spend time daily in prayer and reading the Bible to grow in your relationship with God.

A strong foundation in God’s Word helps you make wise decisions.

“Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.” (Psalm 119:105)

Walk in Purity

Guard your heart and mind by avoiding things that lead to sin.

Choose friends, media, and activities wisely.

“How can a young person stay on the path of purity? By living according to Your word.” (Psalm 119:9)

Always remember, your body and mind are temples of the Holy Spirit.

Encouragement

Trust that God has great plans for your life.

Stay obedient, mindful, and committed to Him.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” (Jeremiah 29:11)
