Biblical Counseling Applications
1. You can trust God has the answers for every problem troubling you.
2. Jesus is not the author of confusion. Therefore, you can know His ways of counseling people are the best ways of soul care.
3. Scripture provides the foundation for a successful counseling ministry.
4. We must be careful about what kind of structure we build upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets. Is Jesus truly the chief cornerstone of your counseling practices?
5. Biblical counselors do not diagnose people with mental disorders where the Bible does not label them. We call Bible things by Bible descriptions.
6. We care for souls with the truth in love.
“Jesus said to him, “I am the way the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me” (John 14:6 NKJV).
