Mark 4:26-29.
Mark 4:26–29 NKJV
26 And He said, “The kingdom of God is as if a man should scatter seed on the ground, 27 and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and grow, he himself does not know how. 28 For the earth yields crops by itself: first the blade, then the head, after that the full grain in the head. 29 But when the grain ripens, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.”

1. You cannot have harvest if you will now scatter seed.

10 Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness, 11 while you are enriched in everything for all liberality, which causes thanksgiving through us to God.
Proverbs 11:24.

24 There is one who scatters, yet increases more; And there is one who withholds more than is right, But it leads to poverty.

2. Your seed is your gifts and talents.

Ecclesiastes 9:10 NKJV
10 Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work or device or knowledge or wisdom in the grave where you are going.
Start with what is in front of you and do it until God Moves you.

You have to accept what God is calling you to do. If you don’t embrace what God has called you to do others can not support it.

Isaiah 6:8 NKJV
8 Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: “Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.”

We all are insecure about are calling.

3. What God has called you to do will be of service to others.
