Theology is:

Theo = God

Ology = Study of

Logos = logic of God

Original Greek terms = Theologos – God’s Word

John 1:1

In the beginning was the Word

(Logos), and the Word (Logos) was

with God (Theo), and the Word

(Logos) was God (Theo).

Theology is the study of everything

God has revealed to man.

Studying the character of God.

How: By His revealed Word

(Jesus and scripture)

Existentialism: There is no such thing as absolute or

essential truth.

Relativism: My truth, your truth, it’s all truth.

Pluralism: I can get to heaven my way and you can

get there your way. Everything is the same.

the prophets, and apostles.
