The Enemy can’t stop the Gospel-
The wicked run away when no one is chasing them,
but the godly are as bold as lions.
There is a victory mindset for the righteous!
David’s mindset- 1 Sam 17:37
The Lord who rescued me from the claws of the lion and the bear will rescue me from this Philistine!”
Saul finally consented. “All right, go ahead,” he said. “And may the Lord be with you!”
Today the Lord will conquer you, and I will kill you and cut off your head. And then I will give the dead bodies of your men to the birds and wild animals, and the whole world will know that there is a God in Israel!
There is trouble in this World- But the Righteous know who is for them

What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us?
No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.
This is the mindset of the Righteous- which leads to boldness in our lives
Jesus said Matthew 11:12
And from the time John the Baptist began preaching until now, the Kingdom of Heaven has been forcefully advancing, and violent people are attacking it.
There is always going to be opposition because we are invading-
Now I say to you that you are Peter (which means ‘rock’), and upon this rock I will build my church, and all the powers of hell will not conquer it.

God is with you Wherever you set your feet-
That is one thing that separated Elohim from all the other pagan demon gods-
They were territorial- but the Sovereign Lord , who created the heavens and the earth is not limited
He was with Daniel when He was in Babylon
He was with David as he wandered the wilderness
He was with Ester in Persia
A victory mindset understands- There is a promise of blessing because of persecution

“God blesses you when people mock you and persecute you and lie about you and say all sorts of evil things against you because you are my followers.
Blessed (happy, to be envied) is the man who is patient under trial and stands up under temptation, for when he has stood the test and been approved, he will receive [the victor’s] crown of life which God has promised to those who love Him.
Life- (Noun) The condition of living or the state of being alive, especially healthiness, happiness, exuberance, energy, vitality, and the Like
The thief’s purpose is to steal and kill and destroy. My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life.
Abundant life is for the Believer- zoe Life
This is the mindset of Ambassador type living-
This is the mindset of Ambassador type living-
When Paul and Silas are going out they are ambassadors of Jesus Christ
Paul writes- 2 Cor 5:19-20
For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And he gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation. So we are Christ’s ambassadors; God is making his appeal through us. We speak for Christ when we plead, “Come back to God!”

You understand that God is working through you-
If God is working through you then you have the power of God at Hand-
These miraculous signs will accompany those who believe: They will cast out demons in my name, and they will speak in new languages. They will be able to handle snakes with safety, and if they drink anything poisonous, it won’t hurt them. They will be able to place their hands on the sick, and they will be healed.”
Not just that God is working all things together for your Good!
Acts 16- While Paul and Silas are in prison God works for them, because they are working or Him
You aren’t scared of the Enemy-
What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us?
This why Paul isn’t scared of who’s turf he is on when He is answering the Call that God has upon his life
Paul and Silas then traveled through the towns of Amphipolis and Apollonia and came to Thessalonica, where there was a Jewish synagogue. As was Paul’s custom, he went to the synagogue service, and for three Sabbaths in a row he used the Scriptures to reason with the people. He explained the prophecies and proved that the Messiah must suffer and rise from the dead. He said, “This Jesus I’m telling you about is the Messiah.” Some of the Jews who listened were persuaded and joined Paul and Silas, along with many God-fearing Greek men and quite a few prominent women.
Paul walks right into the enemies turf and begins to proclaim the Gospel
“Don’t you know Paul that the Gospel is offensive to some…”
Paul Believes that the Gospel is the Good-news! and That fulfilling the great commission of Christ ins’t just a suggestion
3. The Greatest call We have it the Call to follow Christ-
Jesus made this promise
Do you remember what I told you? ‘A slave is not greater than the master.’ Since they persecuted me, naturally they will persecute you. And if they had listened to me, they would listen to you.
When we encounter opposition we need to face it like Christ
Because we follow Christ
4. The Enemy is a principality - spirit of the age- Demonic force
For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.
5. We are in a battle, and we are on the winning Side
This dear woman, a daughter of Abraham, has been held in bondage by Satan for eighteen years. Isn’t it right that she be released, even on the Sabbath?”
This shamed his enemies, but all the people rejoiced at the wonderful things he did.
Every time we preach the gospel we are waging war on the enemy- Cause the Gospel set captivates free
Healing breaks bondage
6. Satan cannot take us out before God’s time-
But some of the Jews were jealous, so they gathered some troublemakers from the marketplace to form a mob and start a riot. They attacked the home of Jason, searching for Paul and Silas so they could drag them out to the crowd. Not finding them there, they dragged out Jason and some of the other believers instead and took them before the city council. “Paul and Silas have caused trouble all over the world,” they shouted, “and now they are here disturbing our city, too. And Jason has welcomed them into his home. They are all guilty of treason against Caesar, for they profess allegiance to another king, named Jesus.”
The people of the city, as well as the city council, were thrown into turmoil by these reports. So the officials forced Jason and the other believers to post bond, and then they released them.
