I Pay taxes Matthew 17:24 And when they were come to Capernaum, they that received tribute money came to Peter, and said, Doth not your master pay tribute? 25 He saith, Yes. And when he was come into the house, Jesus prevented him, saying, What thinkest thou, Simon? of whom do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute? of their own children, or of strangers? 26 Peter saith unto him, Of strangers. Jesus saith unto him, Then are the children free.

To begin with in this day and time we must be cognizant of the climate that’s being displayed all around us. And I sincerely submit to you that we must not get side tracked with the acculturation of America. In America everything in our economy is based off of competition. If it don’t make no dollars it don’t make no cents. But in God’s economy things are very different, in that God’s Amazing Grace will step in and go over above and beyond our pragmatic math. God’s Grace will go beyond our financial literacy, and it will pay bills that you know you don’t have enough money to cover. I know I’m telling the truth.

And sometimes I have to wonder if God didn’t make some of us suffer so that we could tell the next generation how to overcome adversity. I remember when things were so rough that I couldn’t pay attention let alone pay tithes… And giving something extra UNHEARD OF. But now God has me vowing a vow to plant financial seeds in the church.… And by the way don’t vow nothing to God that you don’t intend to pay. Ecclesiastes 5 :1 says 1 Keep thy foot when thou goest to the house of God, and be more ready to hear, than to give the sacrifice of fools: for they consider not that they do evil. 2 Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few. 3 For a dream cometh through the multitude of business; and a fool's voice is known by multitude of words. 4 When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed. 5 Better is it that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay. 6 Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine hands? The essence of this scripture has many many many applications but only one interpretation. Don’t forget that. 2x Just before we delve dive and dig deeper into the text remember that “If you have a need then plant a seed.” In every area of your life, especially financially. I’ve seen God show up mightily. I’ve seen God make a way out of no way.And I’m not talking about something I heard but I’m talking about something I know. I know the Lord will make a way somehow.
