Nehemiah 6:7 The function of the appointed prophets of Sanbalat.
Psa 40:9 - righteousness preached in the congregation
Isa 61:1 - The Spirit of the Lord was upon Christ, for the Lord anointed him to preach good tidings. Here preaching is associated with binding up the broken hearted, liberty to the captive, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound.
Jon. 3:2 - Jonah is commissioned to go to preach that which the Spirit bade them.
Matt. 3:1 - John the Baptist came preaching in the wilderness.
Matt. 4:17 - Jesus began to preach, repentance and the kingdom of God.
Matt. 4:23; 9:35 - Jesus taught in the synagogues, preached the gospel of the kingdom, and healed all manner of sickness and disease. Preaching is associated with teaching and healing.
Matt 10:7 - Jesus commanded the disciples to go, preaching, and the content of their message is The kingdom of heaven is at hand. This is a message of warning.
Matt. 10:27 - They are commanded to preach on the housetops.
Matt. 11:1 - Jesus travelled to preach and teach in cities.

Lk. 24:47 - Repentance and remission of sins must be done through preaching in the name of Jesus in all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

Acts 5:42 - They preached daily in the temple, from house to house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ.

Galatians 1:16 - Paul’s purpose was that the Son of God would be revealed in him, that he would preach among the heathen.

Phil. 1:15 - Some preach Christ even of envy and strife, while others preach Him of good will.
Phil. 1:16 - Some preach Christ of contention, without sincerity, and their purpose is to add affliction to the wounds of Paul.
Col. 1:23 - Faith and the hope of the Gospel is that which Paul claims to have preached.
Col. 1:28 - Preachings is warning and teaching every man in all wisdom, to present them perfect in Christ Jesus.
1 Thess. 2:9 - Paul labored night and day, not to be chargeable to anyone, that the Gospel might be preached.

1 Pet. 4:6 - The Gospel is preached to them that are dead, that they might be judged, by men according to men in the flesh, living according to the Spirit.
Rev. 14:6 - Preaching must be done in all nations, languages, and people.
