Count it all JOY
Count it all JOY
We live to know Him and make Him known:
We live to know Him and make Him known:
We want you to have one on one and daily encounters with God
Spending time with God daily should be our number one goal every day
If you feel stuck or you lack momentum try meeting with God daily
We have to seek
Others cannot seek for you
We make Him known
Someone’s eternity is attached to you
Jeremiah 9:23-24 Amplified Bible:
23 Thus says the Lord, “Let not the one who is wise and skillful boast in his insight; let not the one who is mighty and powerful boast in his strength; let not the one who is rich boast in his [temporal satisfactions and earthly] abundance; 24 but let the one who boasts boast in this, that he understands and knows Me [and acknowledges Me and honors Me as God and recognizes without any doubt], that I am the Lord who practices lovingkindness, justice and righteousness on the earth, for in these things I delight,” says the Lord
Knowing God is the purpose
Intensity focus
Intensity /ĭn-tĕn′sĭ-tē/
Exceptionally great concentration, power, or force.
The amount or degree of strength of electricity, light, heat, or sound per unit area or volume
18 Where there is no revelation, the people cast off restraint;
But happy is he who keeps the law.
Where there is no prophetic vision
Speaking God’s promises over your
We need a vision
A revelation of his will
Not my will, but yours be done
As the spirit wills
How do we know the will?
Says happiest he who keeps the law
Obedient is what God
1 My son, if you receive my words, And treasure my commands within you,
2 So that you incline your ear to wisdom,
And apply your heart to understanding;
3 Yes, if you cry out for discernment,
And lift up your voice for understanding,
4 If you seek her as silver,
And search for her as for hidden treasures;
5 Then you will understand the fear of the Lord,
And find the knowledge of God.
9 But as it is written:
“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard,
Nor have entered into the heart of man
The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”
10 But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. 11 For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.
13 These things we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual. 14 But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 15 But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one.

Praying in the Holy Ghost
3 Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints.
Content content earnestly
We’ve exchanged depth for width
One of my favorite quotes don’t ask how long it will take see how deep you can go
So what do we do if we don’t know what to do
26 Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
The Holy Spirit cooperates
assist us
For our infirmities
Not our sickness it’s used 5 to 6 different times as our natural or moral weakness
It gives us strength when we don’t know what to do
Two times in Jesus’s life and
33 Therefore, when Jesus saw her weeping, and the Jews who came with her weeping, He groaned in the spirit and was troubled. 34 And He said, “Where have you laid him?”
They said to Him, “Lord, come and see.”
35 Jesus wept. 36 Then the Jews said, “See how He loved him!”
37 And some of them said, “Could not this Man, who opened the eyes of the blind, also have kept this man from dying?”
38 Then Jesus, again groaning in Himself, came to the tomb. It was a cave, and a stone lay against it.
I believe Jesus ground in the spirit for the answer from the father
When we don’t know what to do the spirit intercedes for us
I don’t know what to do here, Lord
In the ambiguity of your relationship, the spirit in her seeds for us
My prayer life
Often know what to do, but what I do know what to do
When you feel overwhelmed
Quitting dipping
17 for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
Where the spirit of the Lord is there liberty
In his presence, there is fullness of joy
And your weakness, you have his perfect strength
And your struggle, you have his steadfastness
Your once in bondage now you have his freedom
Cause your circumstances can’t penetrate the protection of his presence
You have to seek after it
You have to stay there
In my anxiety on my knees
In my anger, I’m on my knees and my sickness. I’m on my knees and my happiness. I’m on my knees.
James says count it all joy
Your predisposition as a New Testament believer is joy
Once your tenancy was for anger
Was for anxiety
A definition of pre-disposition
Predisposition
the state of being likely to behave in a particular way or to suffer from a particular disease:
She has an annoying predisposition to find fault.
There is evidence that a predisposition to(wards) asthmaruns in families.Disposition of the body to disease
We now have the susceptibility to joy we choose joy
We can have peace
Rejoice is not something you can just read something must happen
There’s there’s a demonstration
You have to understand what happens in the spirit when you rejoice
Makes the devil angry when you rejoice
We have to live in the joy of the Holy Ghost
17 for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
1 How joyful are those who fear the Lord—
all who follow his ways!
2 You will enjoy the fruit of your labor.
How joyful and prosperous you will be!
3 Your wife will be like a fruitful grapevine,
flourishing within your home.
Your children will be like vigorous young olive trees
as they sit around your table.
4 That is the Lord’s blessing
for those who fear him.
Rejoice!

Rejoice in the Lord always and again I say rejoice
2 My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, 3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. 4 But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.
lacking or wanting nothing!
God will get your prayers from where you are
I don’t know what to pray
I don’t know what to do
You lean on the joy of the Lord to be your strength
You lean on the joy of the Holy Ghost in your frustration
In your ignorance
In your inexperience
God will take you to place where you won’t
Need anything, lack anything
Because you’ll have Him!
1 Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
13 For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
Sinners Prayer:
Father God, I give you my life
I give you my heart, I give you my all
I repent today for my past
I thank you my sins are forgiven
I believe in Jesus and that he died on the cross and rose again
I make you the Lord and Savior of my life
I love you God
In Jesus name amen
