Navigating social situations at school can sometimes feel like a wilderness, especially when peer pressure is involved. When facing the temptation to compromise your values, remember that the Good Shepherd walks with you. This week, seek to encourage someone who is struggling with their own pressures; writing them a note of encouragement or standing up for what is right in group settings shows that you value integrity and friendship, reminded that you are not alone.
The pressures of social media can make you feel lost, comparing yourself to others and questioning your worth. Recall that the Good Shepherd sees your true value. Take a break from your phone this week—perhaps a digital detox for a few days. Use this time to engage in activities that bring you joy, like reading, art, or spending time with friends in person. This regrouping allows you to reconnect with your true self and understand God’s love for you.
