You Find Time for What You Love

Reasons For Loving Others
God Demonstrated It:
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
Romans 5:8 “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
1 John 4:7–8 “Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.”
1 John 4:11 “Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.”
God Commands It: Love Is A Command… Not A Common Courtesy
Galatians 5:14 “For the entire law is fulfilled in keeping this one command: ‘Love your neighbour as yourself.’”
Matthew 22:35–39 “One of them, an expert in the law, tested him with this question: ‘Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?’ Jesus replied: ‘ “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.” This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: “Love your neighbour as yourself.””
John 15:12 “My command is this: love each other as I have loved you.”
As Followers of God We Are To Be Known For It:
John 13:35 “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.’”
Love Involves Sacrifice
Love Keeps No Records Of Wrong
GOD IS LOVE
Quotes:

“The love of God does not send anyone to hell. The love of God, with arms extended on a cross, bars the way to hell. But if that love is ignored, rejected and finally refused there comes a time when love can only weep while man pushes past into the self-chosen alienation which Christ went to the cross to avert.”
