As you're making your way back to your seat, I'm going to ask you a question today. What of Revival through the Holy Spirit spelling the what a Revival, you know, the last few weeks I've been sharing with the congregation, the value of Revival. The question has been asked, is it possible to have Revival? What is Revival? I asked you to think back if you would please when you got saved, there was a closest that you had was Jesus. When your maybe you're in the service and you saw someone get baptized and it just moved your heart to be more knit with the Lord. Perhaps your member a time that you went in the child was dedicated and the parents dedicated towards rearing that child in the honor and admonition of the Lord and it just spoke to your heart. Maybe you're in a service. I know I was in some Services went down south and we have quartets come in and looked, and there were some one quartet called the Hialeah family, and they would come And they would sing. And I got to let you know, it was as close as I could imagine that you could be to have any of the songs that they saying was just so close and Harmony and made it sound like like that family. Today, I'm there. So close. You can almost sounds like the one voice and I'm saying those men would saying and, and they were just, it would just encourage your heart. Then we stay around, have fried chicken, and potato salad, and sweet tea. All right, I mean, that was something I was, that's a really was something. And and then the Then the deserts, the ladies, the dessert tables are as long as the rest of the tables. All right, they have those desserts and it was just something, and I just thought it was something special times, but you know what? All that other was superficial, the fact of the matter was, the music represented, the word of God, Amen. In any times, it was in Conflict to the word of God. It wouldn't bring that dog tail, all right? But what God would have us to realize as a part of our Sunday morning worship, our congregation has as found, there were led by the Lord to have Revival everyday. Men doesn't just have to be something that was happened. Way back then or some day in the future, the wind of Revival The Who on Revival to the Holy Spirit teaching is what I've been sharing with the congregation. I read several books here of late. I didn't even know the Scott Pauley wrote a book on Revival in that state. Starting to read the book and I thought, oh my soul, what a great book. And he wrote that when he first went in to evangelism, he was just a young man. I married he and his wife. His wife was one of my young people in my youth group. I asked the privilege of officiating their service and he reminded me that not a long ago, when I was at a meeting. He was at. He said, you know, you did a good job, it's kept. All right, are what is our marriage vows have kept? That I said, what a blessing, you know, it pleases God for us to realize that there is a what of Revival at this juncture. What does that mean? Pastor and Discerning heart and say what is it that people had or that I used to have when I enjoyed revived and who moved Who did God move? We moved. We move for only those who seek the Lord in the hand of Revival. Will see the Revival. Amen. We had one birthday boy here today, and lots of people have birthdays. We had one birthday, boy, that we honored is my youngest son. And we put him in the spot and saying, he didn't know what he's going to do this. If we put a little candle up here to candles with says 38, I was going to put 38 candles Bose, afraid that the fire marshal might shut us down, right? So but a 38 kennel right on that, all right, and had him a blow that out. He was the center of the happy birthday greeting. He was the center of that, greeting. You are the center of the attention of Our Lord? Amen. You are the center of attention. The holy spirit's got used to ride in a man and he wants you to have what God would want for you. There's no time to delay. The heart of Revival is now what do you mean Pastor this past week, two people that I've been visiting and ministering to Josh when you? And I talked in the morning and I said, how you doing good, he's out on the road. That's so I'm on my way to hear are on the way to here and I said, you know, two of the people that I've ministering to passed away this past week. You haven't met them right where you're going to meet him someday cuz they're going to be with the Lord. Amen. That's a good thing. We have others in our own church family that, you know, who are on hospice and they are going to pass away unless the Rapture of the Lord comes about or unless you passed away before them. And so what does that all mean? There's no time to delay is what I'm trying to say. Nobody has a lease on life by my oldest brother. Always said, we do not become persuaded that the changes in the public a forum are lasting because political changes. Never last. But the heart of the people can last. Amen. If your heart can change to become more like Jesus one week and get to the foot of that cross brother blame where Jesus saved us a men, get back to that place where nothing between us and the Savior. But until America Tell you as a citizen repents and turns from the way that we're going.

Or we could argue. There were going against God's law. We have to go back to where God wants us to be. The Bible has much to say about this. I was searching the scriptures of a passage that would bring us all home and the passage that kept coming back to my mind was the passage when Paul was as close to Jesus you couldn't get you couldn't get a book marker between him and Jesus how close he was to Jesus. Even the unsaved. People could see he was close to Jesus. How many been around someone uses know they're so close to Jesus. You just like to get next to them. Just to warm up. A man, never been around. Someone like that. I mean you just want to get next to them, they're singing and you use thinking, that's not pleasing to God, I don't know what is a men if that's not pleasing to God the way they're reading the Bible and that's not pleased with the guy the way they're loving their husband, and that's not pleasing the gods, the way they're loving their wife, if that's not pleasing the gods, the way they're obeying their parents, It's not pleasing the gods the way they're building their bus route and that's not pleasing the gods the way they're building or Sunday School classroom. And that's not pleasing the gods their way. They're singing that him in church. I don't know. What is a man? That's a great day. Amen. With someone that close my friend, I found that passage. This is just spoke to my heart. I'd invite you to follow along with me Acts 26 having you there for obtain help from God. This is Paul quoting to a King with his life on the line. I continued under this day, witnessing both the small and great say, none other things. The nose thing, those, which the prophets and Moses to say, should come That Christ should suffer and that no one wants to hear that part. No one wants to hear about Christ suffering, but that's a part of it, my friend that Christ should suffer and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead. And should show light under the people. And to the Gentiles all Gentiles. Let me get an amen. Can I get an amen? From the Gentile? Amen. From all of us Gentiles. Amen. Cuz God made it inclusive. He made it. So everybody could come in a man. What a great day? That is. And he and as he suspect for himself, Festus Festus was a governor. Those are you remember, those Bible students? Remember that those watching online? We welcome you. Those here in the service, that don't know that we invite you to study, at Festus said with a loud voice besides, I self much learning. Make me mad. in other words, he saying you are meeting at that's our lingo. All right, you're crazy. That's what he saying. I said this the other day and Joshua's help me with one of our church members, we are doing something. And I said, I said it. Josh said when he was picking up something I said you're mean you're cuz you're so strong what he was doing. And the person looked at me and said, that's not a nice word where I'm from. I said, well, it's just a tease word. I said, Josh knows. I'm just teasing him. I said, because I just got to stay away from him when he's doing that so that I don't get snapped in half, like, the board does I said, but you know what fastest was saying? Here are your beside thyself, amen. You ever had anybody say that? I mean, you're whacko, all right? You're you're, you're fit to be tied. That's what he saying, and that's the lingo. All right? All right, and that's where it is. My mom used to say to your a hillbilly, that's what she would say. Alright, when one of us will get one of us would get a little out there cuz she was from Missouri, hillbilly was something that wasn't what she looked about it, but he said I'm not mad most noble Festus but speak forth the words of truth and soberness a man, I'm telling you the truth, that's what he saying for the king. Noah who is the king? Agrippa was the king and that's who he was brought in front of. This is a trial. All right, I'm going to share something with you. When we all believe, like, Paul the, we're in the defense, where the so much the better. When we realize that were in the defense of Jesus. Amen. And people are watching our defense and when we're in our defense of Jesus, we are the best Christians, rather than us just sitting back. Amen, says this, this one person up here talkin, and I've got about 20 minutes to get like three hours of cerminan, right? And it's speaking as fast as I can speak and trying to put all the thoughts together, to make it make sense. And then there are the spectators But when you all realize that you really are in defense of the Lord just like me, are you men? You're in defense. People are watching you. People are listening to you. People are seeing how you're going to do business this next week. And when you realize that my friend, then you realize what Festus was saying about Paul and realize that Paula took no offense about this whatsoever. I speak freely find persuade that none of these things are hidden from whom from The King, The King knew the matters of the Jews King, Agrippa believe us dial the prophets. I know that they'll believe us a great words, sad words. But great words to He's a sad word, but great words. Then a group of seven DePaul almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian, Pastor Jackson, how could you say those are great words, this man was so on fire. Does. Here's a person that came right to the threshold. Seen him saying so what would you have them? Do not be passionate about his message. I love it that he was passing. I love that. He was confessing. It was a confessional, amen! He was confessing I'm right there. We know it's only God the holy spirit that saves us a men. But God was using this man in this vehicle. And I got to tell you, I've been there, when I've had the privilege of trying to help someone to get safe and sometimes I get right up next to it and then they walk away. And you said hi, I just wish. I just wish they would have, was there something between me and the Savior that kept them? Now, it was their decision. They have to make the decision. They have to make the decision. And Paul said I would to God not only thou in our lingo. He said, I really wish you would do it. I wish you would call on Jesus. Amen. I wish you'd make him yours.

But also all that, hear me this day. There a whole bunch of people listening Do you want it? Now only the king to get saved but everybody else to get saved, even fastest to get saved, fastest who called him mad or right and altogether such as I am, Paul knew what it was. If you read back, obviously there's a whole bunch more there in that chapter, you read back. You see that Paul told the testimony, how he was walking in Damascus and he had papers in his pocket permission to go and get every Christian and have him stoned, or I get every Christian and put him in jail, he had the papers from the priests, and he was on his way to Damascus and he was doing the good work of the, of the of the Hebrew Church of the Jewish church and all the sudden a light hit him, remember that. And then a road to Damascus and he became blind and everybody heard Jesus speak. Why Kick-Ass dog against the prick? And anybody who's ever work with animal husbandry. Be careful when you talk to your seven-year-old and your nine-year-old in your eleven-year-old about animal husbandry, Garvis making it mention about this cuz I was thinking, we rehearsing the little bit of the story and one of them said, I don't want to marry an animal. I said, no, you're not marrying an animal. That means you work with animals with animals. If you ever work with animals than you understand what I'm talking about and he understood. Cuz if you've ever walk behind a donkey, or if you ever walk behind rocks and they have a little prick right inside of there, so that the animal. So you got a hold of the harness, all right? And you've got a hold of a yolk, right? And they have a little made out of wood juiciest made out of woods and you can put a piece of metal on there and then keep the animal for backing up on you. All right? So when they run up against it and makes me want to go forward, all right, doesn't hurt him at all right. But it just reminds them, who's boss. Alright. And those of you who had parents who loved you and you switches, you know what, I'm talkin about it, it reminded you of who is boss, all right, so you'd walk the straight and narrow and those of you who drove too fast and you saw the Police officer up there, pulled someone over and you slow down real quick reminded you who's boss, right? Who's enforcing the rules. All right. That's what it stalking and when he had and when he had first spoken, the king Rose and I and the governor and Bernice and they that sat with them. And when they were gone aside, they talk between themselves saying this man, doeth, nothing worthy of death or of vines. Hey, we know he is innocent. And you know that history tells us that they had the authority that they couldn't release them, but that the Apostle Paul had sought for an opportunity to bring the message to the Caesar. So therefore, he being a dual citizen. This dual citizen think it's a big deal to me. So I know you're not going to get in the political stuff. Of course, I am. You knew I was going to, of course, I'm going to get a political stuff, there is nothing wrong with people wanting to be in this country or any country. As long as they go through the process. If they don't go through that process, it still illegal, it's nothing please. God we have members right here in our church, we're going through the process. Nothing wrong with. That was whoever those who try to cheat the process. It's wrong. Just like people who are living without the benefit of marriage with somebody of the opposite sex. That's not the process. You have to go through God's way, there's a legal and a righteous and even more important, a moral way of doing things. Well, that's not going to make you popular. Pastor never wanted to be popular. Just wanted to be right. Amen. And if you're right, then you're going to be okay with God. Amen. And that may not get you a lot of may not even get a birthday cake. Guess what? I'll be able to please the Lord. Amen. And do what God would want. You know, you must make up your mind today and so much some more as you live more above the world and walk with God, God worked his Spirit and the Apostle Paul's life. It's not unlikely that you will be called The Rains by Minnie. If you stand up for Christ, we judgment to be deranged when they act differently than what we think it would be prudent. And we would say, well that's not right what it is, right? A man is a man, a woman is a woman. It's right to say what the Bible says, amen. It may not be popular, but it's right and it doesn't matter what the politicians say, cuz it was already true, but so much. The more when we need to realize that we are going to be responsible to a living God. By the way, every little baby deserves a right to live. That's may not be popular but it's still right? It's not popular in this state but it's still right, right. And it's still honors. God. For us to realize that every parent has a choice to where they want to send their kids. To school is just so many things that have made been made unpopular and then they get made popular and then they get made unpopular by the pit of a political persuasion. But the answer is following the Lord and it always will be right. Amen. And you you you may or may not be attending the political route, his conduct was so strange and so novel, the fastest, thought him to be insane. Has anybody ever said that you were insane because you love God? Anybody ever said, you were insane because you're doing what's right? The truth was he only saw the subject so clearly that a convicted his heart, I was driving down the road. Right over here on Marketplace Drive.

Or hear Marketplace Drive and I saw a tape measure laying on the road. I pulled over and picked out the tape measure and I had rent right on it. Home Depot. The next time I was driving by here, Home Depot. I went into the Home Depot, then I walked up to the counter. I said, hi, I found this on the road and I wanted to return it to folks. They said what I said, I want to return this tape measure. I found on the road. That's very unusual.

I said no, it's Home Depot, says, right here in the side it is, it's got your name written on Saturday, with marker inside of your son, trying to return to it. No, no one makes a trip back to Home Depot to return. Something that we handed to a customer who stole it. Why are you bringing it back? I said, because it's Home Depot's, that's why I bring it back. And then the guy just kept staring. I said, well yeah, I'm trying to do what's right inside of here. I haven't always done. What's right? But it sure was good feeling to realize that. I encourage that man. That someone can still do what's right? And then gave me an opportunity than to give him a gospel tract and invite him out the church. You so will Pastor don't be surprised if you don't see me in one of your church services it's nice to meet and honest customer. I said you know what, I hope that we all could be honest customers. We want to keep the prices down and do what's right? To a thank you for that. And you know I like what you guys do inside of your good, your we got to make up her mind to do what's right, even if it's not popular. Amen. Can you imagine the guy that threw that out his window? Or if it fell off the wood in the back of his truck? And when he went to look for it later on it was there. He had to be relieved that someone picked it up and returned it when you think, maybe not. But one thing is for sure. The Apostle Paul said I continue, can I get an amen? Continuing is what God would want Forest. He says, as he suspect for himself Festus said, with a loud voice, Paul dark beside their self much learning, does make me mad, but the, but this man right here, he said, no, it's not. It's what I'm, I'm not mad. He said, I'm not mad at all. He said, I am doing. What God has called me to do a men. So I'm just doing what I'm supposed to do. If the holy spirit, filled the Apostle Paul and he showed that there was a Revival and it was going to make a difference. A man is going to make a difference to a governor is going to make a difference to a King into a host of other people. The fundamentals of the truth. Need not to be Rewritten, just rear at a man and reapply, let's get back at it. Amen. And let's not any longer cheat or do go wrong or funj on what the word says. And I, he said, I am in Romans Paso of apostle. Paul said, I am a debtor both to the Greek and to The Barbarians, both to the wise and to the unwise. So as much as in me is I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome. Also, know if we're going to have what God would want. Then there can be no hypocritical life in our life. Amen. People need to see that. We are following the Lord. So let us ask God to help us to do just that. Secondly, if we're going to have Revival, if we're going to continue, there was no pride in the life of Paul. I don't mind that you spontaneously applaud at the end of the special music or to end of a cantata are musical. But you know what, I would never want any of our musicians to say. Yeah, you said that was good little bit more Applause. Please play the song show. I don't know if you remember that, I may be dating myself from TV, all right? Where everybody's looking to see how much praise, you know, why we saying, why we preach, why special music comes about for the honor and glory of God? Amen. It's not about our entertainment. I'm not against entertainment. I like entertainment, I had set my mind to even watch a basketball game last night, and I started reading, and the next thing I know, I just kept reading a red right to the basketball game. Then I fell asleep. So, I didn't see what happened. I was surprised this morning when I got around at about 3:30 in the morning. I looked at said they actually want. That was good. So maybe by not watching them and help them. I know, but one thing is for sure, the Bible gives us Clarity, that it's not about us, it's about the Lord, he wasn't flipping. He wasn't prideful. The Bible says, in Proverbs 18 12 Before Destruction, the heart of man is haughty. And before honor is humility, if anything good happens, you know, it's not in you, I know that's not very encouraging, but it's true. The fear of the Lord is to hate evil pride and arrogance, e and arrogance, e, and the evil ways and the Ford Mount. Do I hate a man's Pride? Bring him low but honour shall hold the humble in spirit. I must say something to you right now. I saw this statement. It was a most profound statement besides the word of God that I can remember Nathan, I just saw this last week, it was in the Bible study, I was teaching I said, oh my soul, that is awesome. I've already read that book through and I was reading through the second time and I saw the statement, and I thought, if I could have learned this, Lord help me, learn this today. Is this a great statement? It really paraphrases everything. I just read from the proverbs. We cannot do anything. That is good. However, we can send and we do, it may affect our Eagles, but we can only do what is good to the power of the spirit within us. Think about that. Think about that and then think about the truth of that. If there's anything good in you you got no credit to that. It was God doing good through you, where are sinful? We are deserving of Hell yet. God in his goodness. Lets us do something good. Build for a minute, take the glory for. That is something good goes about in tell people. It was God. Amen. The good happening. How many here? Have a good baby? How many here have a good marriage? How many here? Have a good business? How many here? Have a good home? How many here have a? You have a good meal? Don't for a minute? Think look, I did that. You didn't do that. If you would have, none of that would have messed up. It would have messed it up. Your, you would have polluted it. It was God that did good through you. Amen. What a great God when there's any good that happens, it's the Lord. Amen. Had a man come in here, and he was looking at lights. We were trying to get some estimates for some lights a few years ago, and he was touching on furniture. And it came up here and touch some of the furniture and cut some of the furniture. So now your church people, you got all this here, this is something, there were meeting in a rented building, in a VFW Hall, by knew what he was talking about. I've been there before, he was just admiring all that God has given to us. And God has done. Much is why you, you must be a great Minister. I said, no sir, not a great minister. Why did you get all the stuff? I said, got a great guy. We got a great guy. Wow, that's good. I said, no, that's great. I remember that prayer. My public school teachers 2nd grade taught me. God is good. God is great. Thank you for this food and she say all men she was a good Presbyterian Baptist in the classroom say, Amen there either way I'll write. One thing is for sure, God is good amen. God is great. What a great guy. I'd like to run your, there was no neglecting Duty by the Apostle. Paul what do you mean by that? There for the end of the north to do good and do it that night to him. It is Sim. I would invite you to consider a couple things about the Apostle Paul. I have not prayed with your family as I ought to that Grieves, the spirit of God Apostle Paul was not a coward. To Felix and to Agrippa. But instead he was passionate, would you say today that you've been praying with your family as you are? If you haven't you're grieving the holy spirit of God. Have you not surrender? I have have you not surrendered to the Lord's ministry as you know God has called you that's called you to do something you're sitting back. If you knew this was your last week, would you change something? This could be your last week. We've had members right here in our churches. Families had pneumonia that other people are involved. In hospice, we have other folks are involved in a car accident. This could be yours. Don't put off what God told you to do. There may not be a Manana Spanish teacher.

There's no tomorrow. We'll do it today.

How about now? Another one, have you not join the church or you know you should some of you are members of the church but you're still have not joined What? Oh yeah, you got the membership but you're not and Hook Line & Sinker. This is yours.

But you delayed because worrying that you fulfill your financial just do what you can do and let God do the rest, amen. By a lot of people always worried about the money or the word about the time or the worried about the gifts or about this about that, don't read the Holy Spirit about what you worried about. You do what God tells you to do and you follow him. Amen. Most of time it's because you're camped in worrying. Had one man who's wearing, I'm not sure if I'm say that's it will just make sure it then and then go on. There's no reason to let Satan. Hold you hostage for something just just make sure why you do that. I said you go to Kmart or you go to Walmart or you go to Sam's Club and you buy a gift card in the Bible. Did you just follow what the guys were supposed to snow game? Just do what God would have for you and you will live and die and darkness and less. You are willing first to do your duty before. God shows 4th manifest himself as reconciled to you have what God would want. If, if you have neglected, any known Duty. Then you've lost the spirit of prayer and you got to get back to him. I would have you get so busy doing what you want to do that, you put God behind and some you'll be so alert to be able to order to do whatever you want, but you're not doing what God wants. Isn't that a shame? Is that a shame that we get to that point? You will do God. Dear God, I come to you and you melody, please use this time to speak to my heart. I call on you, for the forgiveness and restoration of the relationship in Jesus name. Amen, that's my prayer for you or you put it in your own words. But it's up to you. That's as far as I'm going today. Messages are like like sausage and cut it off. On either end is still as good as it was. Come back. Next time you can get the rest of it. All right. How about you do? What God would want? The Oscars wide open? I thought this was a great statement. That Scott Pauley says, I know that Jeff loves got pause. Scott Pauley said this in his book. He said, you know, what's missing and every home and alter, not like an altar, but like, an altar insane, a place where you come, what does that? Could be a TV table, I don't have any of those in my house but took it to my hunting blind, but it couldn't be. It can be just a chair, all right. It could be anything that you just say we are going to meet. You could be at the kitchen table. That's what the

many people use, right? What you were just saying, we are going to read the word. We're going to worship, God, we're going to pray, we're going to be right with God. Amen. Everyone needs that. The first thing that they did in that Tabernacle, right, and put that tattoo, is it had the alter cuz he needed a place where the priest could wash their hands. Do you ever kill animal Slaughter animals to blood all over you? All right? I needed to wash their hands in the labor and that brass labor. So then they could then put the body up there on that Altar and they had the fire so hot and it burn it and it was a sweet savour a sweet Thinking like a BBQ they burn it all the all pieces and anything that was left over, they put it together and they would take it outside and the gehenna. Taughannock, outside of the Tabernacle outside of the temple. And that's where all that way. And that's why, when we say see the word hell in the Bible, many times transfer the gehenna, it's place where all the waste was and they will keep trying to burn all that waste. And once a year did member, they had two goats one, goat Priestess lay its hands on. That would be the scapegoat that one be taken out and all the sins of the people beyond that and the other goat they'd offered as a sacrifice God wants you. Put it all on the altar today. Thank you, Lord, for the privilege that I get to be able to share your holy word, help us dear God, in this invitation time, that we will have the one of Revival. If the water revival, is it will not save. Today we could save the what a Revival's who are not. Baptized we get baptized is a what a Revival is that we're not honoring you with putting you a priority in our church that we would do. So the water revival is the joined the church work that we would do. So the water revival is to start a family altar at home or we have prayer and Bible reading again or we just started up that we would do. So if the water revival is for us to witness to our neighbor that we would do, so whatever it is that we would have what you would want. So as dr. Ken doctor said we know what we're supposed to do something. We're not doing, we've neglected, our bodies become weak because we're not following what you wanted today. Would be the day that we let you in our rightful place, in Jesus name. Amen. Want You Stand The pianos going to play and they're going to sing. I give him lots of times and the long prayer and now you come to the altar do business with God. Won't you? Please? You come even now your God. I come to you and you militie. Please use this time to speak to my heart. You come, as we receive, you would you come even now?

I want you to do what God have his way or how he loves you. Oh, how he wants you to see how about you, come over for you, my friend? What a great. God, we have another word for summer coming. How about you would you come? Would you let God have his way out? He wants you to be letting him in the center of your life. One more got to be in your heart. Be invited to come? Would you come when you do business with the Lord? Do you have his weight or how he loved it for you? Would you would you do what God would want?

Call Pastor Joe. Go to the back because you got some cupcakes back there for you to be able to Feast on and honor of his birthday. And and then also invite you to shake his hand and encourage him. And if you didn't get a chance to put something in the car and you can put something in the car now it's even though it's never too late to be a blessing to him. So grateful for mr. Pastor for a service to Christ and grateful for his service to filo. Lord Jesus Christ will have a service at 5 tonight. You going to meet in the auditorium. You can pull right here in the side door and come right in. If we're going to meet in the Financial Peace University, they'll be in the auditorium or back in the fellowship hall. You just parked back here and you can walk in those doors and that would be great blessing prayer for pastor Joe at this time, in for his family. And then we'll send you on your way. God bless you.
