14 For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
16 that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man,
17 that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love,
18 may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height—
19 to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.
24 “The Lord bless you and keep you;
25 The Lord make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you;
26 The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace.” ’
It is said that

Why is it so easy to carry a low opinion of ourselves?
Why is it so easy to carry a low opinion of ourselves?
11 Now the Angel of the Lord came and sat under the terebinth tree which was in Ophrah, which belonged to Joash the Abiezrite, while his son Gideon threshed wheat in the winepress, in order to hide it from the Midianites.
12 And the Angel of the Lord appeared to him, and said to him, “The Lord is with you, you mighty man of valor!”
Gideon
++Saw the Angel of the Lord
++Heard what the Lord called him
++Was every thing but mighty
++Was afraid
14 Then the Lord turned to him and said, “Go in this might of yours, and you shall save Israel from the hand of the Midianites. Have I not sent you?”
The Lord saw in Gideon
++What Gideon could not see
++A man of strength
++A man capable of great things
His power would come
++Not from his vast knowledge
++Not from his family heritage
15 So he said to Him, “O my Lord, how can I save Israel? Indeed my clan is the weakest in Manasseh, and I am the least in my father’s house.”
His power would come
Not from his vast knowledge
Not from his family heritage
++From Knowing God who is sending him
You have been empowered by God

What does it mean to walk in God’s Power?
What does it mean to walk in God’s Power?
God’s power
++Is not given
++Is not our for a possession
++In knowing Him
8 Yet indeed I also count all things loss for the excellence of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and count them as rubbish, that I may gain Christ
9 and be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith;
10 that I may know Him and the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed to His death,
11 if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from the dead.
How does what I know about God shape my life?
How does what I know about God shape my life?
During a Sunday service, a group of adults shared their favorite Bible verses. Each verse reflected different attributes of God – love, power, mercy. As they discussed how these perspectives influenced their day-to-day decisions, it became clear that knowing God is not just a theological exercise but a compass guiding their lives, helping them navigate challenges with a joyful heart.
How is your Compass today?
How is your Compass today?
2 Grace and peace be multiplied to you in the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord,
3 as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue,
4 by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.
The Knowledge of God gives Access to His Grace
The Knowledge of God gives Access to His Grace
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
16 And of His fullness we have all received, and grace for grace.
17 For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.
1 Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,
2 through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
14 For this reason I bow my knees to the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
16 that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with might through His Spirit in the inner man,
For this reason
++That you will know what God has given you
7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us.
4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds,
For this reason
That you will know what God has given you
++That you are valuable to God
++That you may be strengthened in the inner man
16 Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.
17 that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love,
That though faith you may
++Know the love of God
8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
That though faith you may
Know the love of God
++Know the indwelling power of God
18 may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height—
19 to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

24 “The Lord bless you and keep you;

His Blessing
His Blessing
2 And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, because you obey the voice of the Lord your God:
3 “Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the country.
4 “Blessed shall be the fruit of your body, the produce of your ground and the increase of your herds, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flocks.
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ,
His Protection and Provision
His Protection and Provision
1 He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress; My God, in Him I will trust.”
His Person
His Person
14 if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
His Grace
His Grace
8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,
9 not of works, lest anyone should boast.
10 But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.
His Peace
His Peace
14 For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation,
15 having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace,
6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;
7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
You have Access
You have Access
18 For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father.
2 through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
12 in whom we have boldness and access with confidence through faith in Him.
