God showed how much he loved us by sending his one and only Son into the world so that we might have eternal life through him. This is real love—not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.
God’s love is unconditional, there are no limitations on His love for us.
God could have left us to die in our sins and He would have been right for doing so BUT He was compelled to save us out of His LOVE by sending us Jesus to take our place in punishment and to prepare a place for us in His kingdom so that we can be with Him for all eternity.
The world’s love will always leave us unsatisfied, broken, disappointed, and hurt because it is conditional.
We can’t truly love if we have never truly recieved love.
In order for us to know what true love looks like we MUST look at the heart (Character) of God.
You can see the heart of the Father through the ministry of Jesus Christ, His one and only begotten Son.
Foundational Love…
Foundational Love…
We know how much God loves us, and we have put our trust in his love.
God is love, and all who live in love live in God, and God lives in them. And as we live in God, our love grows more perfect. So we will not be afraid on the day of judgment, but we can face him with confidence because we live like Jesus here in this world.
God’s Love is foundational in every aspect of our lives…
God’s Love is the foundation for our Salvation: It was out of God’s unfailing love that He sent us Jesus to take our place in judgement so that if we receive His completed works on the cross we can be saved and be reconciled unto the Father.
God’s Love is the foundation for our relationships: We can’t have successful relationships if they are not rooted in God and His love for us.
Foundational love has us anchored down in the will of God.
Un-Foundational love has us all over the place… Are you all over the place in your marriage? are you all over the place in your working/business relationships?
In order for us to be grounded in the Love of God we must trust in His Love…
We can trust in the love of God after being reminded of how unstable the love of man is in our lives.
By being rooted in God’s foundational love we will then be in a position to where we can love others as Christ would
We can’t say that we know God or have a relationship with Him if we refuse to love others…
Our ability to love like Jesus will determined if we truly know God or not.
Stuck To You Like Glue
Stuck To You Like Glue
No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.
God’s love is stuck to us once we receive it in our lives..
The world’s love will fade away… God’s love will NEVER fail nor fade away.
There is nothing in all creation including the enemy and his fallen angels that can stand in our way of living, receiving, and being transformed in and by the love of God.
Situations may have you feel like God has abandoned you or even forgotten about you but He hasn’t!
Sometimes the weight of our situations can make us feel that God is apart from us but in reality that should be our queue to draw closer to God in the Word and in prayer.
Jesus tell us in the gospels that when we feel heavy, when we feel anxious to go to the Father and give it all to Him for he cares for us!!
God’s love is rich and is for US!!
Love that Transforms
Love that Transforms
So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord—who is the Spirit—makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image.
When we give Jesus our yes and receive Him into our hearts and lives as both Lord and Savior He removes the veil in which used to keep the presence of God hidden from us.
Jesus has become our high priest, in which He makes intercession for us.
God is in His Spirit as He is in the likeness of His Son Jesus
The more time we spend with God the more we will be able to reflect His Glory
The more we grow in His presence we are positioned in a posture where we can grow in His love
The more we grow in the love of God we will become transformed to be as His son Jesus is.
His Love transforms us to be more like Him!
Transformation doesn’t stop it continues to go on daily while we are here on the earth.
Transformation requires me to die to myself daily so that i can grow more and more in the likeness of Christ!
Because of God’s love We are Transformed!!
Because of God’s love We are Healed!
Because of God’s love we have Victory!!!
