QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK ABOUT PHONES AND SOCIAL MEDIA
How much media is too much media? How much phone time is too much phone time? At what point does it become a sin?
Human nature is all about seeing how far can we go before consequences begin to conquer. Are these the right questions for social media
Should the question of social media be, “At what point does it stop glorifying God?” That should be the boundary line. That boundary line isn’t going to be the same for each family. It would be easier if there were a same limit line for social media. The reason there’s not is because every family / each person is so different! 1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. 2 “Honor your father and mother” (this is the first commandment with a promise), 3 “that it may go well with you and that you may live long in the land.” 4 Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.
