Which brings me to the real topic that I want to share with you today and that is how can we trust God when we feel like we are taking a risk. Most everyone in this room at one point or another has taken a risk. Some risks are relatively small compared to others. For example driving the car until the gas light comes on and passing every gas station on the way home and then parking it in the driveway only to suggest to your spouse that they should drive that particular car next is a small risk. You know that your spouse is going to get the gas the next morning at one of the places that were passed on the way home. Then there are risks that will absolutley change our whole lives. You know the ones like packing up a house and moving with no idea of whats next other than the fact that you are doing what you beilive God has called you to do. It can be a scary thing.
