Philippians 2:1–2 NKJV
Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and mercy, fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind.

κοινωνία kŏinōnia, koy-nohn-ee´-ah; from 2844; partnership, i.e. (lit.) participation, or (social) intercourse, or (pecuniary) benefaction:— (to) communicate (-ation), communion, (contri-) distribution, fellowship.

Is There Anything The Holy Spirit Wants to Do Through Me?

1 Corinthians 12:1–14 NKJV
Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I do not want you to be ignorant: You know that you were Gentiles, carried away to these dumb idols, however you were led. Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit. There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all: for to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, to another the word of knowledge through the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healings by the same Spirit, to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another discerning of spirits, to another different kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually as He wills. For as the body is one and has many members, but all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ. For by one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—whether Jews or Greeks, whether slaves or free—and have all been made to drink into one Spirit. For in fact the body is not one member but many.

1 Corinthians 12:1 HCSB
Now concerning what comes from the Spirit: brothers, I do not want you to be unaware.
The Word Gifts is not in the Greek. We are talking about all things spiritual. God does not want us unaware of things of the Spirit.
1 Corinthians 12:1 AMP
NOW ABOUT the spiritual gifts (the special endowments of supernatural energy), brethren, I do not want you to be misinformed.
Other Translations say uninformed, unaware, misunderstand, ignorant, One more ,
1 Corinthians 12:1 (The Message)
1 What I want to talk about now is the various ways God’s Spirit gets worked into our lives. This is complex and often misunderstood, but I want you to be informed and knowledgeable.
Flipside, He wants us informed and knowledgeable.
What are some ways we can be misinformed?

1 Corinthians 13:8–10 NKJV
Love never fails. But whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is in part will be done away.
Love Never Fails.
1) Prophecies Will Fail.
2) Tongues Will Cease;
3) Knowledge Will Vanish Away.
IS THAT WHAT THE SCRIPTURE SAYS?
YES!

καταργέω katargĕō, kat-arg-eh´-o; from 2596 and 691; to be (render) entirely idle (useless), lit. or fig.:— abolish, cease, cumber, deliver, destroy, do away, become (make) of no (none, without) effect, fail, loose, bring (come) to nought, put away (down), vanish away, make void.

Prophecies will fail & Knowledge will vainish away. Same word. We need to be very technical today.

παύω pauō, pŏw´-o; a primary verb (“pause”); to stop (tran. or intr.), i.e. restrain, quit, desist, come to an end:— cease, leave, refrain.

* Always accept what the scriptures say. Don't try to re-work scripture to support your theology.
* Keep Scripture in Context. SO!
1 Corinthians 12:31 NKJV
But earnestly desire the best gifts. And yet I show you a more excellent way.

25.76 ζηλόωa; ζηλεύω: to be deeply committed to something, with the implication of accompanying desire—‘to be earnest, to set one’s heart on, to be completely intent upon.’

1 Corinthians 14:1 NKJV
Pursue love, and desire spiritual gifts, but especially that you may prophesy.
12, 13, 14 GOD IS NOT GOING TO TELL US TO DESIRE SOMETHING THAT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.
Paul is not just talking to individuals, He is telling the whole church to , always desire a move of the Spirit.
Keep Scripture in context.
1 Corinthians 13:9–12 NKJV
For we know in part and we prophesy in part. But when that which is perfect has come, then that which is in part will be done away. When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child; but when I became a man, I put away childish things. For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I also am known.
That which is perfect? Jesus raising from the dead? (When was 1 Cor written?) The death of the last apostle? The Cannonisation of scripture? Are any of those supported by scripture? No.
Perfect has come? For now we see in a mirror? then face to face. Has anyone seen Jesus face to face? When will that happen? When will the gifts of the Spirit be done away with?
THEY STILL EXIST. HE WANTS US TO OPERATE IN THEM NOW.
Exodus 28:31–35 NKJV
“You shall make the robe of the ephod all of blue. There shall be an opening for his head in the middle of it; it shall have a woven binding all around its opening, like the opening in a coat of mail, so that it does not tear. And upon its hem you shall make pomegranates of blue, purple, and scarlet, all around its hem, and bells of gold between them all around: a golden bell and a pomegranate, a golden bell and a pomegranate, upon the hem of the robe all around. And it shall be upon Aaron when he ministers, and its sound will be heard when he goes into the holy place before the LORD and when he comes out, that he may not die.
* explain significance.
1 Corinthians 13:1–3 NKJV
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.
2) Walking in Love is Vital To........Every Move of the Spirit.
ALWAYS WALK IN LOVE, ALWAYS. Wether or not there is a manifestation of the gifts of the Spirit or not, my everday assigment is to walk in love.
1 Corinthians 12:2–3 NKJV
You know that you were Gentiles, carried away to these dumb idols, however you were led. Therefore I make known to you that no one speaking by the Spirit of God calls Jesus accursed, and no one can say that Jesus is Lord except by the Holy Spirit.
3) The Gifts of the Spirit ALWAYS magnify the Lordship of Jesus.
* Explain
Lacking understanding, many people try to operate a gift without the Spirit. Perhaps the gift has been manifested in their life on occasion and they think, "I have it now, and I can operate it at will".
However, when they do, they invariably get into trouble They are throwing themselves wide open to satanic deception. When we get away from the Word, Satan will accommodate us.
4) The Holy Spirit is not "Flaky" So, Things of the Spirit are not "Flaky"
1 Corinthians 12:4–7 NKJV
There are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are differences of ministries, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of activities, but it is the same God who works all in all. But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to each one for the profit of all:
