Main point: In a world that’s obsessed with speeding up, Christians should slow down by abiding in God’s Word.

The Bible tells us to maximize our productivity. True or false?
The world thinks of fast speed as something good, and slow speed as something bad. That’s why they say speed up and slow down. But I’d like to argue that the opposite is true. From a spiritual perspective, we speed down and slow up.

There’s the wind from the outside that drives the wicked man to and fro.
But the righteous man has the wind blowing on the inside. When God created Adam, He breathed the breath of life into him. And so for us, life is about the movement of wind inside of us.
