PRAYER 1 Honoring and Praising ALMIGHTY GOD (03/14/25)

Good Morning My FATHER GOD, Good Morning My LORD and SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST, Good Morning HOLY SPIRIT, I praise and honor YOU Today.  When JESUS’ disciples asked HIM how to pray, JESUS started with this honorific and invocation “Our FATHER in heaven, May your NAME be kept HOLY” (Matthew 6:9; Luke 11:2).  David affirmed, “I will bless the LORD at all times; HIS praise shall continually be in my mouth” (Psalm 34:1). I, Earlene Marian Richardson McNair, “BLESS (AFFECTIONATELY, gratefully praise) the LORD, O my soul; and all that is [deepest] within me, bless YOUR HOLY NAME!  Bless (affectionately, gratefully praise) the LORD, O my soul, and forget not [one of] all HIS benefits— WHO forgives [every one of] all your iniquities, WHO heals [each one of] all your diseases, WHO redeems your life from the pit and corruption, WHO beautifies, dignifies, and crowns you with loving-kindness and tender mercy; WHO satisfies your years with good things (Psalm 103:1-4). Heaven proclaims day and night without ceasing HOLY, HOLY, HOLY is the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY (OMNIPOTENT), WHO was and WHO is and WHO is to come (Revelation 4:8; Isaiah 6:1-3).

YOU my FATHER GOD, were present at Creation, speaking the Universe into existence with YOUR DIVINE AUTHORITY.  Moses wrote, “In the beginning GOD created the heavens and the Earth (Genesis 1:1). “O Sovereign LORD! YOU made the heavens and Earth by YOUR strong hand and powerful arm. Nothing is too hard for YOU!” (Jeremiah 32:17). “Long ago YOU laid the foundation of the Earth and made the heavens with YOUR hands” (Psalm 102:25). By faith we understand that the worlds [during the successive ages] were framed (fashioned, put in order, and equipped for their intended purpose) by the WORD of GOD and brought forth by HIS command so that what we see was not made out of things which are visible (Hebrews 11:3).

My LORD and SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST, the WORD of GOD, through whom all things were made actively brought all things into existence at Creation. The Apostle John proclaimed, “In the beginning the WORD already existed. The WORD was with GOD, and the WORD was GOD. HE existed in the beginning with GOD. GOD created everything through HIM, and nothing was created except through HIM. The WORD gave life to everything that was created, and HIS life brought light to all mankind and the world. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it. (John 1:1-5). THE WORD says, CHRIST is the visible image of the invisible GOD. HE existed before anything was created and is supreme over all creation, for through HIM GOD created everything in the heavenly realms and on Earth. HE made the things we can see and the things we can’t see—such as thrones, kingdoms, rulers, and authorities in the unseen world. Everything was created through HIM and for HIM.  HE existed before anything else, and HE holds all creation together. When the Jews asked JESUS whether HE was the MESSIAH, HE replied, “I and MY FATHER are ONE” (John 10:30).  So, I see My FATHER GOD when I see My LORD and SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST.

The SPIRIT of GOD, THE HOLY SPIRIT, brought life and order to Creation. At Creation, the Earth was without form and an empty waste, and darkness was upon the surface of the deep, and The SPIRIT of GOD was moving (hovering, brooding) over the face of the waters (Genesis 1:2). Then, GOD said, “Let there be light”; and there was light (Genesis 1:3). In the Bible, the word translated breath is the same one used for the HOLY SPIRIT. “The LORD merely spoke, and the heavens were created. HE breathed the WORD, and all the stars were born. HE assigned the sea its boundaries and locked the oceans in vast reservoirs. Let the whole world fear the LORD and let everyone stand in awe of HIM. For when HE spoke, the world began! It appeared at HIS command” (Psalm 33:6-9). So,The HOLY SPIRIT, who was was actively involved with Creation, made the heavens beautiful (Job 26:13).

With my whole being, I declare with every fiber of my existence that “Worthy are YOU, my LORD and GOD, to receive the glory and the honor and dominion, for YOU created all things; by YOUR will they were [brought into being] and were created (Psalm19:1; Revelation 4:11). Today and every day, I, Earlene Marian Richardson McNair, honor and worship YOU my FATHER GOD, YOU my LORD and SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST, the WORD of GOD, and the HOLY SPIRIT who worked in perfect unity and harmony to bring all things into being.

My FATHER GOD, YOU are the KING of the Universe. I proclaim that the Earth is the LORD’s and everything in it; the world and all its people belong to the LORD (Psalm 24:1).  YOURS, O LORD, is the greatness, the power, the glory, the victory, and the majesty. Everything in the heavens and on Earth is YOURS, O LORD, and this is YOUR kingdom (I Chronicles 29:11). The LORD said to the Prophet Isaiah: “Heaven is my throne, and the Earth is my footstool. Could you build ME a temple as good as that? Could you build ME such a resting place?  MY hands have made both Heaven and Earth; they and everything in them are MINE. I, the LORD, have spoken!” (Isaiah 66:1-2; Acts 7:49-50). The GOD WHO produced and formed the world and all things in it, being LORD of Heaven and Earth, does not dwell in handmade shrines or temples (Acts 17:24). So, HE does not reside in anything man made, including a church building. With fierce, unyielding faith and unshakable conviction, I, Earlene Marian Richardson McNair, proclaim that every kingdom, every nation, every country, every inhabitant, every breath, every heartbeat, and all living things in Heaven and Earth are YOURS.  I adore YOU as the ONE who created and has dominion over everyone and everything no matter whether they exist in the sky, on land, or under the sea, including all plants and animals.

YOU alone possess Almighty Strength, Infinite Force, Unyieldng Power. YOU are the unshakable foundation, the roaring fire, the unrelenting storm, and the eternal light that no darkness can withstand.  No force can rival YOU. The immensity, dominion, and radiance of YOUR power surpasses all human understanding and shakes heavens. No mind can fathom YOU. When they thought crucifying YOUR SON, JESUS CHRIST and HIS death stopped YOUR plans for the world (I Corinthians 2:7), YOU, FATHER GOD with ALL POWER and DIVINE AUTHORITY, raised JESUS CHRIST from the dead (Acts 2:24; Acts 4:10; Galatians 1:1). When JESUS became flesh and walked this Earth, YOU kept YOUR eternal, redemptive plan, hidden from the rulers and the world (I Corinthians 2:8). If they had fully understood the unimaginable consequences of JESUS CHRIST’s substitutionary death and HIS resurrection– that is, HIS sacrifice atoned for the sins of the world (I John 2:2), HE reconciled the world to GOD (Colossians 1:20; 2 Corinthians 5:19), HE conquered and broke the power of death, holds the keys of death, and illuminated the way to eternal life and immortality through the Good News, the Gospel (2 Timothy 1:10 Acts 2:24; Revelation 1:18), then they would not have crucified our glorious LORD, JESUS CHRIST(I Corinthians 2:8). I, Earlene Marian Richardson McNair, THANK YOU for YOUR DIVINE PLAN for me and the world.

YOU are El Shaddai which we translate “GOD ALMIGHTY” (Genesis 17:1; Genesis 28:3; Genesis 35:11; Genesis 43:14; Genesis 48:3; Genesis 49:24; Exodus 6:3; Psalm 132:2; Psalm 132:5). Speaking about YOU, FATHER GOD, Job declared, “I know that YOU can do all things, and that no thought or purpose of YOURS can be restrained or stopped” (Job 42:2). Though human language can never capture the immensity, dominion, and ferocity of YOUR POWER, I, Earlene Marian Richardson McNair, boldly proclaim to the world that YOU are ALL-POWERFUL and YOUR OMNIPOTENCE will reign infinitely without end.

My FATHER GOD, YOUR presence surrounded me every moment in my past; YOUR presence surrounds me today throughout my day wherever I am in real time; Every second; every minute; every hour; every day; every week; every month; and every year of my life and forever will always be filled with YOUR presence (Psalm 139:7-12; Isaiah 46:10).  No matter whether I am in Heaven or the grave; When I am on the mountaintop; When I am in the valley; When I travel; When I rest; Everywhere I walk; Everything I see; Everything I hear; Everything I think; Everything I smell; Everything I feel; Everything I touch; I can never get away from YOUR Presence because YOU are everywhere I am (Psalm 23; Psalm 139:7-12). YOU said to the Prophet Jeremiah, “Can anyone hide himself in secret places so that I cannot see him? Am I not everywhere in all the heavens and Earth? says the LORD” (Jeremiah 23:24). YOU are always present everywhere in the Universe at every moment in time. I can never escape YOUR SPIRIT. I can never get away from YOUR presence! (Psalm 139:7). To YOU, the darkness of night and the light of day both shine with the same bright intensity. David wrote, I could ask the darkness to hide me and the light around me to become night— but even in darkness I cannot hide from YOU (Psalm 139:11-12). Though human language can never capture YOUR all-encompassing, saturating PRESENCE, I, Earlene Marian Richardson McNair, boldly proclaim to the world that YOU are OMNIPRESENT.

YOU, My FATHER GOD, know everything about me, Earlene Marian Richardson McNair. YOU watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion, as I was woven together in the dark of my mother’s womb even before I was born (Psalm 139:15-16; Jeremiah 1:5). The Apostle Paul wrote, “For I am GOD’s [own] handiwork (HIS workmanship), recreated in CHRIST JESUS, [born anew] that I may do those good works which GOD predestined (planned beforehand) for me [taking paths which HE prepared ahead of time], that I should walk in them [living the good life which HE prearranged and made ready for me to live]” (Ephesians 2:8-10). For in HIM I live and move and have my being and exist on this Earth (Acts 17:28) preached the Apostle Paul. Because YOU made my heart, YOU understand everything I do (Psalm 33:13-15).  In the Psalms 40 and 139, David proclaims O LORD my GOD, YOU have performed many wonders for me. YOUR plans and precious thoughts about me are infinite, immeasurable, and stretch to eternity – too numerous for a mere human to count” (Psalm 40:5; Psalm 139.17).  I will praise YOU, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are YOUR works, And that my soul knows very well (Psalm 139:14). I, Earlene Marian Richardson McNair, Thank YOU for marking my appointed time in history (Acts 17:26), for creating me with purpose and intention, and for decreeing with DIVINE authority that I would live in this exact moment and be part of this generation. LORD, THANK YOU for the gift of this moment, living out the purpose YOU designed for my life in alignment with YOUR DIVINE timing.

FATHER GOD, each day of my life was already recorded in YOUR book (Psalm 139.16).  YOU selected the precise time for my birth (Ecclesiastes 3:1-2). While I was being formed in my mother’s womb and before I took my first breath, YOU foreknew my past, present, and future (Isaiah 46:10; Jeremiah 1:5; Psalm 139:16). As I journey through life in the present, the path before me is unknown and uncertain. Yet, every breath I take, every moment I live, every joy and trial I face—both now and in the future—are never a mystery to YOU. Just like YOU foreknew that Judas would betray JESUS (Acts 2:23), nothing about my life catches YOU off guard. In the same way GOD knows the exact number count and name of every star in the Universe (Psalm 147:5), JESUS said, the very hairs on my head are all numbered and GOD knows each one of them (Matthew 10:30).  So, YOU already know the specific date, time, and place in the future when I will leave this physical, earthly body and die (Ecclesiastes 3:2; Matthew 10:30; Luke 12:7). This time is not known to me; however, these specific details are well known to YOU (Ecclesiastes 3:1-2). We, who are saved, must be encouraged because to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord (2 Corinthians 5:8). If we live, it’s to honor the Lord. And if we die, it’s to honor the Lord. So whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. Christ died and rose again for this very purpose—to be Lord both of the living and of the dead (Romans 14:8-9).

FATHER, YOU know all things, for YOUR infinite presence fills every corner of the Universe at once. When YOU look down from Heaven, YOU see the whole human race (Psalm 33:13). David said, “But the LORD is in HIS HOLY TEMPLE; the LORD still rules from Heaven. HE watches everyone closely, examining every person on Earth. The LORD examines both the righteous and the wicked” (Psalm 11:4-5). So, HIS eye is on both the evil and the good in this world (Proverbs 15:3). David affirms, YOU know what I am going to say even before I say it, LORD (Psalm 139:4). Nothing in all creation is hidden from YOU. Everything is naked and exposed before YOUR eyes, and we are accountable to YOU (Hebrews 4:13). JESUS said, For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor has anything been kept secret or hidden but that it should come to light and be made known to all (Matthew 10:26; Mark 4:22, Luke 12:2; Luke 8:17).Therefore, whatever you have spoken in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have spoken in the ear in inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops (Luke 12:3).

FATHER GOD, YOUR wisdom and knowledge about everything and everyone are limitless, infinite, boundless, all-encompassing, and stretch beyond eternity. The Apostle Paul wrote to the Christians in Rome, “Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of GOD! How unfathomable (inscrutable, unsearchable) are HIS judgments (HIS decisions)! And how untraceable (mysterious, undiscoverable) are HIS ways (HIS methods, HIS paths)! For who has known the mind of the LORD and who has understood HIS thoughts, or who has [ever] been HIS counselor? (Isaiah 40:13-14; Romans 11:33-34). The Prophet Isaiah said, “For just as the heavens are higher than the Earth, so GOD’s ways are higher than man’s ways and GOD’s thoughts are higher than man’s thoughts” (Isaiah 55:9). I, Earlene Marian Richardson McNair, acknowledge that I am a finite being, just a mere mortal; therefore, it is impossible for me to understand YOUR decisions and YOUR ways (Romans 11:33).  

With the rise of technology and artificial intelligence, today’s experts predict that human intelligence and our knowledge is expanding exponentially, potentially reaching infinite depths in the future. However, we are mere mortals, just humans who are frail and fallible in all our ways so any wisdom or knowledge we have either now or in the future, will always be limited, finite, fragmented, incomplete, imperfect, like blurred, puzzling reflections in a dirty mirror, and like an unfathomable mystery (I Corinthians 13:12). But, the Prophet Daniel avows, “Praise the name of GOD forever and ever, for HE has ALL wisdom and power” (Daniel 2:20). The Psalmist avowed, Great is our LORD; HIS Power is absolute; HIS understanding is inexhaustible and boundless (Psalm 147:5). YOU, FATHER GOD, are truly the only ALL KNOWING ONE, whose knowledge and wisdom knows no limits. Though human language can never fully grasp and convey the boundlessness and immeasurable vastness of YOUR knowledge and wisdom, I, Earlene Marian Richardson McNair, boldly proclaim to the world that YOU are the only infinitely OMNISCIENT ONE.

FATHER GOD, YOU have been in the past, are currently right now in the present, and will be in the future the same (Hebrews 1:12). As we mortals grow and develop, we constantly change like shifting shadows. Shifting shadows move as their light source moves. Shifting shadows change depending upon the presence, angle, and intensity of its light source. Unlike shifting shadows, YOU will never change; YOU will never vary (James 1:17). YOU solemnly declared to the Prophet Malachi, For I AM the LORD, I never change (Malachi 3:6). And, YOUR WORD says, JESUS CHRIST is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8).

FATHER GOD, YOU are the KING of KINGS and LORD of LORDS (I Timothy 6:15). YOU alone are the only true GOD; the living GOD, the everlasting KING (Jeremiah 10:10; I John 5:20). All honor and glory to YOU forever and ever! YOU are the eternal, incorruptible, and immortal KING, the unseen, invisible ONE who never dies. YOU are ETERNAL and will live forever and ever (I Timothy 1:17; Psalm 102:27; Hebrews 1:10-12). JESUS solemnly professed, “I AM the ALPHA and the OMEGA, the FIRST and the LAST, the BEGINNING and the END.” (Revelation 22:13). The LORD emphatically asserted,“I am the ONE WHO is, WHO always was, and WHO is still to come—the ALMIGHTY ONE.” (Isaiah 9:6; Revelation 1:8). Everything in the heavens and on Earth is YOURS, O LORD, and this is YOUR kingdom. “Let the heavens be glad, and the Earth rejoice! Tell all the nations, “The LORD reigns!” (I Chronicles 16:31). The Psalmist wrote, “The LORD will reign forever.  HE will be your GOD, O Jerusalem, throughout the generations. Praise the LORD!” (Psalm 146:10). “The LORD will reign and sit as KING forever and ever!” (Exodus 15:18; Psalm 9:7; Psalm 29:10; Psalm 96:10: Psalm 97:1; Psalm 99:1; Revelation 19:6).
