[37] And on the last day of the great feast Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “Let those who might be thirsty come to me and drink.
[38] Believe in me, just as the writings said, out of his belly will flow rivers of life.
[39] But this he said about the Spirit who was about to receive those who believed in him; for the Spirit was not yet, because Jesus had not yet been glorified.
[40] Out of the crowd there fore heard these words and said, “This is truly the prophet.
[41] Others said, “This is the Christ.” But they said, “Does not the Christ come out of Galilee?”
[42] Do not the writings say that out of the seed of David and the Christ will come from the village of Bethlehem where David was from?
[43] Now the crowd became divided because of him;
[44] But some wanted to take him and seize him, but nobody threw their hands upon him (??)
[45] Now a servant came to the high priest and pharisees, and they said to him, “Through whom were you led to him?” (??)
[46] The servant answered, “I have never spoken to this man.”
[47] And the Pharisees asked him, “And you were not led astray?”
[48] Have not any of the rulers believed in him nor the Pharisees?
[49] But this crowd who does not know the law and is cursed.
[50] Nicodemus (who came to him before and was one of them) said to them,
[51] “Does not our law judge a man without hearing him first and we know what he does? (?? Double Negative is tripping me up)
[52] And they answered him saying, “And are you not from Galilee too? Look and see that out of Galilee no prophet comes.

[53] And each one walked to his house,
[1] But Jesus walked to the mount of olives.
[2] And early in the morning he again went to the temple and the entire crowd came to him, and he sat down and taught them.
[3] And the scribes and the Pharisees brought a woman who was caught in adultery and she stood in the middle.
[4] They said to him, “Teacher, this woman was caught in the act of adultery.”
[5] And in the law Moses tells us to stone people such as these. Now what do you say?
[6] But this they said to try and trap him, so that they could accuse him. But Jesus stooped down and with his finger wrote in the earth.
[7] And as they continued to ask him, he lifted up head head and said to them, “You who are sinless be the first to throw a stone at her.”
[8] And again he stooped down and drew in the earth.
[9] After they heard this they left one by one from first to the eldest and left alone the woman who was in the middle.
[10] And lifting his head Jesus said to her, “Woman, where is [everyone]? Does not anyone condemn you?
[11] And she said, “Nobody, Lord.” And Jesus said, “I do not condemn you, walk away and now sin no longer.”
[12] So then again Jesus spoke to them saying, “I am the light of the world; follow me and you will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.
[13] Therefore the Pharisees said to him, “You testify about yourself; Your testimony is not true.
[14] Jesus answered and said to them, “If I testify about myself, my testimony is true, because I know where I come from and where I go. But you do not know where I come or where I go.
[15] You judge according to the flesh, I judge nobody.
[16] And yet if I judge, my judgement is true, because I am not alone, but I and my father who sent me.
[17] And in the law and your writings, the testimony of two men is true.
[18] I am the witness about myself and my father who sent me witnesses about me.
[19] So then they said to him, “Who is your father?” Jesus answered, “You do not know me nor my father; if you knew me, then you would know my father.
[20] These words he said while teaching in the treasury of the temple; and nobody seized him, because his hour had not yet come.
