“Choose the Right Bank”

“ဃုထၢစ့တၢးလၢအဘၣ်တဖျၢၣ်”

According to FDIC (Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation) Data, in 2024 there are 3928 Commercial banks ( accept deposits, offers loans, make money by earning interest on loans and fees for service — total insured) and 68,632 branches (physical locations) in the United States. Banks have security including physical vaults, alarams, security perssonel, and digital security to prevent constumers from fraud.

According to FTC (Federal Trade Commission Data), in 2023, 27% of people who reported a fraud said they lost money, while in 2024, that figure jumped to 38%.

No matter how good the security measure is people still lost money.

As of today, I would like to introduce two banks to you guys. Depend on your preference, if you like, let’s open up an account to the one that you like.

The bank in the World (ဟီၣ်ခိၣ်အစ့တၢး)

စ့တၢးတဖျၢၣ်အံၤန့ၣ် နဘၣ်မၤတၢ်ဒီးနဘၣ်ပာ်ဖှိၣ် တၢ်အါအါလီၤ.

The good new about this bank is that when you use this bank, you will gain more and you might feel as you have powers.

Whenever you go people will respect you.

the bad new about this bank: စ့တၢးတဖျၢၣ်အံၤ တၢ်ဖိဃၢ်အီၣ်နကျိၣ်စ့သ့, အညာ်သ့, တၢ်ဟုၣ်တၢ်ဘျၣ် နုာ်လီၤဃုၣ်နတၢ်သ့လီၤ.

စ့တၢးတဖျၢၣ်အံၤအိၣ်လၢဟီၣ်ခိၣ်ချၢလီၤ. ဟီၣ်ခိၣ်န့ၣ်ဘၣ်တၢ်ပာ်ဖျါလၢအတၢ်ပနီၣ်မ့ၢ် (တၢ်တစိၢ်တလီၢ်ဖိ)— တၢ်ဖိတၢ်လံၤလၢနသူအီၤတစိၢ်

ကစၢ်ယ့ၣ်ရူးတဘၣ်သးမၢပပာ်တၢ်ဖဲအံၤဘၣ်

တၢ်လၢတၢ်ပာ်ဖှိၣ် န့ၣ် နကမၤအီၤလၢာ် တၢ်ဆၢကတီၢ်, လၢာ်ဂံၢ်လၢာ်ဘါလီၤ.

ဖဲလၢပနီၢ်ဆံးခါ ပမိၢ်မ့ၢ်မၢပမၤတၢ်ဒွးန့ၣ် ပသူပစုမုၢ်ခီၣ်မုၢ် တဘျီဘျီ ပစုမုၢ်ခီၣ်မုၢ်လၢာ်လံ ဘၣ်ဆၣ် ပ နီၢ်ဂံၢ်နီၢ်ဒွးတရၢ တလၢာ်ဒံး ပဘၣ်ပတုာ်ဒီးစးထီၣ်က့ၤလၢအသီ

တဘျီဘျီ ပဘၣ်မၤကံၤ ခံဘျီသၢဘျီ မ့ၢ် ပတၢ်ဒွး အဘၣ် ကမၣ်…

ဒ်သိးပမၤတၢ်ဒွးကသ့စ့ၢ်ကီး, it takes time, energy, brain, and tears.

What I am trying to say is that it takes time and energy, sometimes tears, to store things up for ourselves.

However, if you store your treasures in the wrong bank, you are doom.

For Jesus said, “Don’t store up for yourselves treasure on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal.

Why did Jesus say this? Because The Pharassies believe the Lord materially blessed all he loved (BKB).

Here Jesus gave three illustrations of how the security of this bank is weak.

1. Moth (ဂၢၢ်, တၢ်အဃၢ်) Larvae moth or Cloths eater- they ruin cloths. Garments with silk are consider as treasure. And when a Hebrew spoke of wealth, he thought first of what would make a display. The big moth doesnt eat cloths, but the larvae moth (small one) eat cloths, fur, wool, feathers, leathers. This insect perfer to live in the darkness and avoid light.

Rust- တၢ်ထီၣ်အ့ၣ်—more than rust... eating into or consumming; probably wear and tear.

Thieves—- they secretly takes things without your permission. no matter how secure you put your stuff, a thieve will find a way… drill in and steal your gold and silver.

either ways, you can’t escape. Either moth ate it, either wear or tear, or someone steal it.

My bothers and sister, the wealth of your time… do you want to store it in this world? If you invest your wealth in this world, John 10:10

A thief will steal, and kill and destroy you. Like a moth in the darkness, it will ruin your garment (ther keh p wah ler a gay), like rust, it will eat your soul and torn you apart. Like a thief, it will steal everything you have. Naw ko and naw tha.

It is not wrong to spossess things but it is wrong for things possess us. (warren. W). When we lose our materials, we lwill also lose our heart with them.

2. The bank in heaven (မူခိၣ်အစ့တၢး)

Few people are less interest in the Business of heaven, but more interest in the business of the world. Weather you are interest or not, I still want to talk about this bank.

This bank is different from the previous bank. In this bank, you don’t collect… you give.

Matthew 19:21, ဒီးယ့ၣ်ရူးစံးဘၣ်အီၤ, နသးမ့ၢ်အိၣ်လၢနကလၢထီၣ်ပှဲၤထီၣ်ဒီး, လဲၤဆါလီၤကွံာ်နစုလီၢ်ခီၣ်ခိၣ်, ဒီးဟ့ၣ်တၢ်လၢပှၤဖှီၣ်ဖိယာ်ဖိတက့ၢ်. ဒီးနကအိၣ်ဒီး နတၢ်လုၢ်ဒိၣ်ပှ့ၤဒိၣ်လၢမူခိၣ်လီၤ. ဒီးဟဲပိာ်ယခံတက့ၢ်.

တၢ်လၢနပာ်လုၢ်ပာ်ပှ့ၤဒိၣ်န့ၣ်မ့ၢ်နတၢ်ထူးတၢ်တီၤလီၤ.

The treasure that you deposit in the bank of heaven, it cannot be disappear because it is the place where God lives. It is a place where no thieves, nor moth, nor rust could be. (အတမ့ၢ်တၢ်ဟးဂီၤအလီၢ်ဘၣ်).

A lady once asked two little boys who were amusing themselves with some beautiful playthings, “Well, boys, these are your treasures, I suppose-your greatest treasures.” “No, ma’am,” said the elder boy, “these are not our treasures, they are our playthings; our treasures are in heaven.” A noble answer from a child. Oh, my congregation, let us treat gold and silver and precious stones as toys, and let us treat moral goodness, spiritual beauty, righteousness of heart, Christlikeness, Godlikeness, as our only treasures worthy the name!

ဟီၣ်ခိၣ်တၢ်ထူးတၢ်တီၤန့ၣ်ပာ်အီၤဒ်အကဲ တၢ်လိၣ်ကွဲ… ဘၣ်သးတဲအခီပညီလၢ တဘၣ်ပာ်အီၤလၢအမ့ၢ်တၢ်လုၢ်ဒိၣ်ပှ့ၤဒိၣ်လၢအမၤပူၤဖျဲးနသးသမူသ့ဘၣ်.

how do you store your treasure in the heaven?

Treasure in heaven are stored up by obedience to God in all areas of life; they are the reward of the disciple who puts God first. (france).

if you can’t put God first in your life and obey him in all areas of your life then you can’t put treasure in heaven.

and if you do not have faith in Christ and follow him and his teaching, you can never put your treasure in the heaven. no matter what kind of good deeds you are doing.

Believe it or not, treasure in heaven is the only bank that can help you at death.

3. Make an account (တ့ထီၣ်နbank)

Now, let’s choose a bank. နသးအိၣ်တ့ထီၣ်န စ့တၢးဖဲလဲၣ်တဖျၢၣ်လဲၣ်?

ကစၢ်ယ့ၣ်ရူးစံး၀ဲ, “အဂ့ၢ်ဒ်အံၤ, ဖဲသုတၢ်လုၢ်ဒိၣ်ပှ့ၤဒိၣ်အိၣ်၀ဲအလီၢ်န့ၣ် သုသးကအိၣ်ဖဲန့ၣ်လီၤ.

These two banks are competing with one another. You can only choose one.

You adulterous people! Don’t you know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? So whoever wants to be the friend of the world becomes the enemy of God.

အဃိန့ၣ်, နသးအိၣ်ဖဲလဲၣ်? နဘၣ်သးပာ်နတၢ်လုၢ်ဒိၣ်ပှ့ၤဒိၣ်ဖဲလဲၣ်?

နသးမ့ၢ်တအိၣ်လၢမူခိၣ် အဘၣ် န့ၣ် န credit card, saving, checking, routing, number and security တအိၣ်ဘၣ်.

if you don’t have the bank of heaven, you cannot live in the new world to come

No one went to heaven where his heart was never there before..

Keep the earthy treasure out of your heart, and Let Christ be your treasure and let him stay in and conquer your heart.

if you chose the bank of the world, there’s nothing much that i have to say. However, if you decided to chose the bank of heaven....there are ways you can do to send your treasure

3. Establish his kingdom by giving

“If you want to be perfect,” Jesus said to him, “go, sell your belongings and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”

do these, not for you, for him.… not for your fame but for his glory

you might get fine for not having efficient balance

for the bank of heaven you might not have an efficient balance of the work you do

but the one who say store your treacher in heaven will alway help you to make your balance efficient
