Opening Prayer

FORWARD

Several

At District Council they mentioned that we are moving FORWARD into the next 10 years.

They were talking about the Alaska District, but they didn’t mean the District office or our District leaders.

They were saying that we as the Body of Christ here in Alaska, no matter if we are in Anchorage, Ketchikan, Barrow, Nome, or Dillingham, they were talking about each one of us.

We are to be ready to go FORWARD with God at all times.

It took Noah 100 years to build the Ark

There had never been rain on the earth before.

Abraham and Sarah

          Genesis       12:1-4

Abraham was 100 years old

Sarah was 90 years old before they had the son God had promised them.

Moses

          Exodus       3:1-12

                             4:1-5

                             40:34-38

Moses saw God in a BURNING BUSH

Moses came up with excuses why he couldn’t do what God asked him to do.

There are so many more people, that I didn’t mention

We are ready to MOVE FORWARD with God.
