Foundations of Servant leadership found in our text
Greatness is found in serving ( vs 20-21)
Ambition and greatness are not bad things but Jesus flips what this means for the servant leader
It all begins and ends with us at the bottom
Humility is a non negotiable

Serving will involve difficulty (vs 21-23)
God prepares the way for our servant leadership
We can say that all are called to servant leadership- but that is for filling positions
I am convinced it is God who calls and prepares seek him. He will develope you call and it is in the difficulty that He further more prepares you for.

Jesus has provided the example for servant leadership (Vs 25-28)
Why are you seeking when serving?
Mark 10:44–45 “44 and whoever wishes to be first among you shall be slave of all. 45 For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many.””
