And it came to pass, when he was come nigh to Bethphage and Bethany, at the mount called the mount of Olives, he sent two of his disciples,
Saying, Go ye into the village over against you; in the which at your entering ye shall find a colt tied, whereon yet never man sat: loose him, and bring him hither.
And if any man ask you, Why do ye loose him? thus shall ye say unto him, Because the Lord hath need of him.
And they that were sent went their way, and found even as he had said unto them.
And as they were loosing the colt, the owners thereof said unto them, Why loose ye the colt?
And they said, The Lord hath need of him.
And they brought him to Jesus: and they cast their garments upon the colt, and they set Jesus thereon.
And as he went, they spread their clothes in the way.
And when he was come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen;
Saying, Blessed be the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest.
And some of the Pharisees from among the multitude said unto him, Master, rebuke thy disciples.
And he answered and said unto them, I tell you that, if these should hold their peace, the stones would immediately cry out.
Purpose: Many times we find ourselves tied up by the situations in our lives. But when Jesus calls us out for purpose, He unties us and uses us in powerful ways to display His glory!

Preparation of the King
Christ is looking for you, but He also knows where to find you.
Many times we think that because we are going through a situation, it means we will always be in it.
Whatever situation you are in, Christ knows where you are.
He sends called people in your life to help release you from your bondage through prayer and authority.
There may be some that do not understand why you are being released, but when God summons you, they cannot stop you from going to Him.
The enemy wants to keep you tied up as long as he can so when your released has been ordered by the Lord, he will try to stop it.
God has given the release for you so the enemy cannot stop what He is doing.

The colt was covered and Jesus sat on it. When you are untied from your situation, Christ covers you and directs you.
When you are covered by Jesus, there is protection from anything that could harm you.
When you move with Jesus, you are given direction to move according to His will.
Praise for the King
Praise for the King
As Christ entered the city, the people began to praise Him and He received glory, but the colt also received glory because it carried Jesus. As a child of God, you shall received a measure of His glory as well.
While palm branches were being waved and the people shouted Hosanna, the glory went to Christ, put the colt received it as well.
As a child of God, you participate in the glory of Christ. It still belongs to Him, but you receive residual blessings.
There will always be some haters that try to stop the praise, but God will let nothing separate us from Him. If you do not praise Him, God will still receive praise!
As the people praised God, the Pharisees tried to stop them but Jesus let them know that the rocks will cry if the people stopped.
God does not need your praise...he commands it because you need it. You need to praise God in your situation because you receive power from it.
