Thank God for Cross!

Luke 23:43 KJV 1900

43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.

Background: It happened at the cross!

Setting: The scene is set during the crucifixion of Jesus.

Characters: Jesus and the two criminals crucified alongside Him.

The conversation with a thief and conversion a conversions of a thief at the cross!

Request: One of the criminals asks Jesus to remember him when He comes into His kingdom.

Response: Jesus replies, "Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise."

Jesus LOVE and Compassion for undeserving an undeserving thief happen at the cross.

Salvation: The promise of salvation and eternal life underserving people like you and I happened at the cross.

Grace: The concept of grace and forgiveness, even at the last moment happened at the cross.

Faith: The importance of faith and belief in Jesus was showed to us at the cross.

Significance:

Immediate Salvation: The assurance of immediate salvation for the repentant criminal happen at the cross.

Jesus' Authority: Jesus' authority to grant eternal life was shown at the cross

Hope: The hope and comfort provided by Jesus' words was spoken at the cross.

We all can learn from the thief on the cross and say” LORD Remember Me”

Remember me as I go the hurt and pains this life may bring .. because you gave us Comfort and Peace at the cross !

When sickness and disease attack our bodies_ Remember me because you provided Healing at the cross!

When we are in need of provision -Lord remember me. because you provided for all my needs at the cross.

Lord glad morning when this life is over I will fly away and be with you in paradise because you died for me at the cross.
