1 “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. 2 In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. 4 And where I go you know, and the way you know.” 5 Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?” 6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. 7 “If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him.”

As a married man and a father of 4, I had to be strategic in planning for Vacations, Will we drive, will we fly, what hotel we stay at, how long will we stay, how much will we need while we are away.

Preparation & Strategy is everything!!

I have discovered in my short time on this earth that most folks can prepare for everything, Except for dying...

Vacation Cruise, Weddings, Sweet 16 parties, weave appointments, Retirements, baby showers but not leaving this Earth…

The Bible Declares:

2 Corinthians 5:1–7 KJV

1 For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. 2 For in this we groan, earnestly desiring to be clothed upon with our house which is from heaven: 3 If so be that being clothed we shall not be found naked. 4 For we that are in this tabernacle do groan, being burdened: not for that we would be unclothed, but clothed upon, that mortality might be swallowed up of life. 5 Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath given unto us the earnest of the Spirit. 6 Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord: 7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)

The Scripture Reveals This Earthly Tent will be destroyed, and we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven. and its not built by human hands. whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:

Preparation

When making travel plans its important that you reserve your room..

You have to book your flight

You have to pack your bags

Deacon Willie Ford began making preparations.. & reservations.. for his departure

He found A travel Agent ( New Beginnings )

The Church is called to prepare you for a safe departure back home

2. Deacon Willie recognized that he also needed to check his bags.

Deacon Willie has had some close calls over the years, These close calls would have taken the average person out, by time after time Deacon Willie Bounced back, Each time he gave glory to God for sparing his life, I gave him the nick name: Morris the Cat.

Willie’s final battle with Cancer is the reason why all his loved ones near and far are here at his Church today. He wanted y’all to Know he made it home safely. He’s In His fathers House…

1 Corinthians 15:40 NLT

40 There are also bodies in the heavens and bodies on the earth. The glory of the heavenly bodies is different from the glory of the earthly bodies.

glorified bodies don’t have any health issues..

Jesus Promise his disciples I go prepare a place for you..

In my fathers house are many mansions.

Then he says where I go you know, and the way you know.”

But Tommy was like hold up hold up!! Lord, we don’t know where you are going, and how can we know the way?”

John 14:6 KJV

6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Let me ask you this question Do you know where your going?

Matthew 5:17–20 KJV

It’s a one way street and one way door to God, and it’s through his son..
