INTRODUCTION

Proverbs 1:5–7 (KJV). 5 A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; And a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels: 6 To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; The words of the wise, and their dark sayings. 7 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: But fools despise wisdom and instruction.

Passover is to expand the dimension of how you relate to GOD

1 Corinthians 13:11 (ESV) 11 When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I gave up childish ways.

A: KNOWLEDGE MAKES ‘PRIESTS’

Context: ‘PRIEST’ is not limited to a POSITION - BUT the state of knowledge of Christ your saviour

Hosea 4:6 “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: Because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: Seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.”

Knowledge is wealth (‘unassigned knowledge’ - remains just information)

Recognizing knowledge is embracing PROMOTION - even to your children

Malachi 2:7 “For the priest’s lips should keep knowledge, And they should seek the law at his mouth: For he is the messenger of the Lord of hosts.”

Let the PASSOVER ‘unravel the Priest’ you are in Christ [unravel = unknot/untangle]

B: CONCLUSION:

Proverbs 13:16 (ESV) 16. Every prudent man acts with knowledge, but a fool flaunts his folly.

Christ cross will make you PRUDENT - Prudent (adjective): Acting with or showing care and thought for the future:

Knowledge, you gain daily/weekly/annually is for your FUTURE

Luke 9:23 “And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.”

To be PRUDENT is to recognize work of the CROSS DAILY

PASSOVER is ‘sudden’ and ‘continuous’ - [Passover occurs annually but it happens daily]

1 Corinthians 1:23–24 (KJV 1900) 23 But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness; 24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

The CROSS is both the POWER and WISDOM of GOD

The things BLOOD of JESUS can DO!!! - ‘we have no idea’
