At work, you may find yourself overwhelmed by cutthroat competition or negativity that can dull your spirit. As a new creation, choose to be a source of encouragement. Make it a goal this week to compliment at least one coworker daily for their effort or achievements. This act not only uplifts them but also reinforces your identity in Christ, building a community of support rather than rivalry. Additionally, consider setting aside a short personal time each day for prayer during your lunch break, inviting God into your workplace challenges and each interaction.
