Matt 8.

We just heard the greatest teaching ever told to man, by “the son of man”, GOD and man Himself! Yahushua is about to upset some people. He is about to turn the whole world upside down, and inside out. He does not care about peoples feelings, or emotions in teaching the Truth. He is blunt, “verily verily”, “i tell you the Truth”, He does not sugar coat it, why? (today a whole generation needs honey...they need the Truth more)

So, why not sugar coat it?

1. IT IS YHWH’S LAW! YHWH set creation on a course, in His word. Gen 1...(bereshit) first sentence! Then 6 days of creation. Boundaries for all of creation, land, sea, sun, moon, stars, all obey Him. All are enjoined in Him and His Loving rule over His own creation. All except 1...evil. (2-6) He knew it! 3 O’s...

2. Yahushua has come to fulfill that Promise, Prophecy, Law & save His creation, while defeating evil, sin and death.

Isaiah 55:11 KJV 1900

11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: It shall not return unto me void, But it shall accomplish that which I please, And it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

So, here we go, andiamo... as we watch Christ do, everything He just claimed and taught! We’re reminded of...

James 1:22–23 “22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. 23 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:”

As we should be daily. In all our daily actions with all people. Any interactions that we face in our lives, we should always remember who we are. Following Christ means just that...”do as I do.” Today we dont have to travel the world with staff in sandals, or mission to another country to be like Christ, we can do it everyday, anywhere we are, shinning our light!

Where?

I should also point out the name where He starts is Capernaum...translated mean "village of consolation", also mentioned by Josephus the natives called it “a remarkable fountain”...

Matthew 8:4 “4 And Jesus saith unto him, See thou tell no man; but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.”

Give GOD’s His Glory, (He has taken you out of bondage, but still under His Law, sin no more, also: Messianic Secrecy: (“my hour has not come yet.”)

Matthew 8:10 “10 When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.”

Wow, this man is a gentile, lmbo, a roman even and he “see’s” Christ! Physically & Spiritually, he sees Him! Knows Him and His authority!

Psalm 107:20 “20 He sent his word, and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions.”

The children of the Kingdom(s), do not! So this gets deep here with this phrase...Spiritually & physically as well.

The Kingdom of Heaven and the kingdoms on earth.

Mat 8:14-17.

We see healing of sickness, possessions, demons, devils, spirits, ...etc.

Prophesied in Isaiah 53:4 “4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, And carried our sorrows: Yet we did esteem him stricken, Smitten of God, and afflicted.”
