Translation: Hebrews 10:11-25
11 Now every priest stands every day performing his priestly services and offering on a regular basis the same sacrifices which are never able to do away with sins. 12 But after this Priest had offered one sacrifice for sins for all time, He sat down in the place of prestige at God’s right hand, 13 Waiting from that point forward until His enemies are placed under His feet as a footstool, 14 For by one offering[1] He has made perfect for all time those who are being sanctified.
15 The Holy Spirit also corroborates this truth to us by His testimony, for after He has said, 16 “This is the covenant that I will arrange for them after those days, declares the Lord: I will deposit my laws in their hearts and inscribe them upon their minds,” 17 He also says, “Their sins and their lawless acts I will never remember anymore.” 18 And since these things have been forgiven, no further sacrifice for sin is needed.
19 Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence for the access of the Holy Places by the blood of Jesus, 20 Which access He put into effect for us as a new and living way through the curtain (that is, through His flesh) 21 And since we have a great Priest over the house of God, 22 Let us draw near with a true heart in complete certainty of faith, now that our hearts have been cleansed from a guilty conscience and our body has been washed with pure water.
23 Let us adhere firmly and resolutely to the hope we confess, because the One who made promises is worthy of our trust. 24 And let us think carefully about one another in order to stir up love and good deeds. 25 Let us not abandon our congregational meetings, as is the habit of some; rather, let us encourage one another, and keep doing this all the more because you see that the day is approaching.
[1]Referring back to v. 10; this word especially emphasizes the voluntary nature of the offering.
