Wisdom, Knowledge and Understanding

Isaiah 11:2 ESV
2 And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord.
Colossians 1:19 ESV
19 For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell,
Colossians 2:9–10 ESV
9 For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily, 10 and you have been filled in him, who is the head of all rule and authority.
Proverbs 2:6 ESV
6 For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding;
Knowledge:. This refers to the facts, information, and details one learns through education, experience, and observation.
Understanding:. Understanding is the ability to comprehend the meaning, significance, and implications of the knowledge one possesses. It involves being able to see the connections between different pieces of information and apply them to real-world situations.
Wisdom:. Wisdom is the ability to use knowledge and understanding to make sound judgments and decisions, particularly in challenging situations. It involves applying the knowledge and understanding gained from one's life experiences and lessons to make wise choices.
So life gives me knowledge, understanding is how I can apply my knowledge to real world circumstances and wisdom is taking knowledge and understanding to make decisions before I do what I need to do.
Now if this applies to earthly living what we need is to do is to seek is heavenly knowledge, understanding and wisdom.
James 3:13–17 ESV
13 Who is wise and understanding among you? By his good conduct let him show his works in the meekness of wisdom. 14 But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast and be false to the truth. 15 This is not the wisdom that comes down from above, but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic. 16 For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there will be disorder and every vile practice. 17 But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, open to reason, full of mercy and good fruits, impartial and sincere.
Christ has perfect Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Knowledge, Might, Fear of the Father and the Perfect Spirit of the Lord.
1 Corinthians 12:4–12 ESV
4 Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; 5 and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; 6 and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone. 7 To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good. 8 For to one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit, 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, 10 to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another the ability to distinguish between spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues. 11 All these are empowered by one and the same Spirit, who apportions to each one individually as he wills. 12 For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ.
1 Corinthians 12:8 ESV
8 For to one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit,
Knowledge: the deeper more perfect and enlarged knowledge of this religion, such as belongs to the more advanced
Wisdom: (Olive Tree Enhanced Strong's Dictionary) the wisdom of God as evinced in forming and executing counsels in the formation and government of the world and the scriptures
James 1:5 ESV
5 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him.
Proverbs 2:2 ESV
2 making your ear attentive to wisdom and inclining your heart to understanding;
Proverbs 2:6 ESV
6 For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding;
Colossians 1:9–14 ESV
9 And so, from the day we heard, we have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, 10 so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him: bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; 11 being strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy; 12 giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. 13 He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, 14 in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
