Introduction
I chose the title Of this sermon Mainly because All my life I needed someone to believe in me, and so did Mary Magdalene.
My Testimony
I became a mom at 15 years old
I was abducted along with my 3 year old son
I was locked in a house with 5 girls youngest was 12
I found bible
I tried to escape, but Jesus saved me!
I began to go to church and seek a relationship with Him and His people.
However my shame made me feel like I didn’t belong anywhere
I Cried out to Jesus! And I asked Him, why am I so weird? I felt Him say you have the heart of Mary Magdalene. I wanted to know what that meant and so I began to read the bible.
5 things Mary Magdalene taught me.
1. To live a life of Transformation and Devotion
1. To live a life of Transformation and Devotion
Luke 8:1–3 “After this, Jesus traveled about from one town and village to another, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom of God. The Twelve were with him, and also some women who had been cured of evil spirits and diseases: Mary (called Magdalene) from whom seven demons had come out; Joanna the wife of Chuza, the manager of Herod’s household; Susanna; and many others. These women were helping to support them out of their own means.”
Before we can be transformed and truly devote ourselves to Jesus. We must ask ourselves, Am I Living for me or living for God?
2. To Live a life of Loyalty
2. To Live a life of Loyalty
John 19:25 “Near the cross of Jesus stood his mother, his mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene.” The other Apostles left for fear.
This is what Loyalty to Jesus looks like?
3. Jesus loved Mary Magdalene, and He loves you too!
3. Jesus loved Mary Magdalene, and He loves you too!
Mark 16:9–10 “When Jesus rose early on the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had driven seven demons. She went and told those who had been with him and who were mourning and weeping.”
Imagine the Love Jesus had for Mary to appear to him First?
4. Trust
4. Trust
Mark 16:11 “When they heard that Jesus was alive and that she had seen him, they did not believe it.”
In those days the words of women did not matter, and they couldn’t even testify!
Have you trusted in people who didn't believe in you?
5. Learn to Love Again
5. Learn to Love Again
Luke 7:45–47 “You did not give me a kiss, but this woman, from the time I entered, has not stopped kissing my feet. You did not put oil on my head, but she has poured perfume on my feet. Therefore, I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven—as her great love has shown. But whoever has been forgiven little loves little.””
Have you ever given your love to someone who didn't cherish it? and maybe even exploited it?
I finally understood why I was so weird!!!
The love of Mary Magdalene Cannot be taught. It only Comes by going through

Open those mirrors today Jesus is calling you to Salvation
Today I Live by this scripture,
Galatians 2:20 “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
Romans 10:9 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”
