Moses spoke to a new generation and sought their commitment.

“The Lord our God.” (Lit. Yahweh our God)
He chose Israel and entered a sacred agreement.
He would be their God and they would be his people.
God already told them to go.
They failed in faith.
The gap between general agreement and commitment is massive.
God is close and he is calling us to mission.
He calls people to take journey’s of faith.
We trust God.

The land was promised, but Israel still had to take possession of it.
They would take the journey, march into battle, and do the work.
Two services, small group growth, transition, new ministries.. Growth is hard.
Whatever God promises, he delivers. Laying hold of promises require obedience.
Church, we are on the road and we are going!
What other choice to do we have?
Full engagement is possible when God’s people choose to obey.
