Introduction

Scripture: Hebrews 11:1 — “Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.” Let’s be honest: life can feel like a giant question mark.
“Who am I supposed to be?”
“What if I mess up?”
“Does God actually care about what I’m going through?”
This week, we’re not pretending those questions go away. But we are saying this: you can walk by faith through whatever life throws at you. And Hebrews 11 shows us exactly what that looks like.

POINT 1: Faith Is Trusting What You Can’t See (2 min)

Let’s read Hebrews 11:1 again: “Faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.”
Faith isn’t pretending life is easy. It’s trusting that God is real, God is good, and God is with you—even when you can’t see it.
Think about driving in thick fog. You can only see a few feet in front of you, but if you trust the GPS, you keep going. Faith is like that—trusting God's voice to guide you when the road ahead is unclear.

POINT 2: Real People Walked by Faith—Just Like You Can (3 min)

Hebrews 11 is like the highlight reel of faith. “Hall of Faith”
Noah built a boat before a single drop of rain fell.
Abraham left home not knowing where God would take him.
Moses stood up to Pharaoh with only a stick and God's promise.
Rahab risked everything to trust in the God she barely knew.
They weren’t perfect. They were scared. They had doubts. But they walked by faith—and God carried them through.
You don’t need to have everything figured out. Faith doesn’t mean you never struggle. It means you keep trusting God through the struggle.

POINT 3: Faith Isn’t Easy—But It’s Worth It (2 min)

Check out Hebrews 11:35–38. Some people trusted God and saw miracles. Others suffered, waited, and didn’t see things get better right away. But all of them had something in common: they kept walking by faith.
And here's why that matters:
Faith doesn't promise comfort.
But it does promise that God will never leave you.
And when the world throws chaos, pain, or confusion at you—faith gives you confidence to keep going.
CLOSING CHALLENGE (1–2 min): So what about you? What would it look like for you to walk by faith this week?
Maybe it’s believing God loves you even when you don’t feel it.
Maybe it’s trusting His plan when yours is falling apart.
Maybe it’s saying "yes" to Jesus for the first time—or the 50th time.
This week at camp, we’re going to look at what real faith looks like—not just on a church stage, but in your everyday life.
**You can walk by faith through anything—**because the God who carried Noah, Abraham, Moses, and Rahab is the same God who is with you right now.
Let’s pray that God would give us the confidence to walk by faith, no matter what.
