Cana of Galilee is a village in the Biblical story of Jesus turning water into wine at a wedding feast. The location of Cana has been debated, with some scholars suggesting Kafr Kanna, a village near Nazareth, while others point to Khirbet Kana, a ruin northwest of Nazareth. The event is recounted in the Gospel of John, where Jesus, his mother, and his disciples are invited to a wedding. When the wine runs out, Jesus turns water into wine at the request of his mother, according to the Gospel of John.

Cana means

Place of reeds:While "place of reeds" isn't a specific biblical term, it can be connected to the book of Revelation, where a measuring reed is used to measure the temple, the altar, and the worshipers. This symbolizes God's assessment and evaluation of the spiritual state of the church.
Reed:The Greek word "kalamos" (used in Revelation) can mean a reed, stalk of grain, or writing pen, but is often used metaphorically for a measuring rod or staff. It can also represent a fragile or flexible instrument, suggesting instability.
Measuring rod:In Revelation, a measuring rod is used to measure the temple, the altar, and the city of God. This act of measuring implies God's ownership and authority over these things.
Rule:In Revelation, the reed is associated with the "rule" of God, particularly in the context of His assessment of the temple and the worshipers.
Balance:The idea of measurement and balance is tied to God's justice and judgment. In Revelation, the city of God is described as foursquare, symbolizing a perfect balance and order.
