Journaling is not a biblical command per-say.
However, there is a biblical precedent.
No greater example of journaling can be found in Scripture than David.
The Psalms serve as records of David’s journals.
Journals often go by the term Diary. They serve asa record of the events and emotions that make up a singular individuals life.
Journals are personal accounts of what is happening in your mind and life.
