Corrupt judges
Isaiah 1:23 “Your rulers are rebels, partners with thieves; they all love bribes and chase after gifts. They do not defend the cause of the fatherless; the widow’s case does not come before them.”
not giving poor people their legal rights
Isaiah 10:1–2 “Woe to those who make unjust laws, to those who issue oppressive decrees, to deprive the poor of their rights and withhold justice from the oppressed of my people, making widows their prey and robbing the fatherless.”
Isaiah confronts king about assyria taking over ahaz. a new king will bring justice to the poor and everyone else.

Assyria and Babylon
Babylon takes over southern kingdom.
he was eventually sawed in two by the king of Judah king Manasah (corrupt king)
Summary- Spoke for God against even the people God had chosen. What do you do even if you have to speak out against Christians.
