The Baptism in the Holy Spirit

Romans 14:17 NKJV

for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

John 14:12 NKJV

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.

You are saved by faith, filled with the Holy Spirit by Faith, and baptized in the Holy Spirit by faith in His Word.

If we are asking for the baptism in the Spirit, why should we care how He moves and uses us.

Tongues in prayer language (Up)

1 Corinthians 14:2 NKJV

For he who speaks in a tongue does not speak to men but to God, for no one understands him; however, in the spirit he speaks mysteries.

Gift of Tongues (Out) To be interpreted.

Therefore let him who speaks in a tongue pray that he may interpret.

Acts 10:44–46 NKJV

44 While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who heard the word. 45 And those of the circumcision who believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the Gentiles also. 46 For they heard them speak with tongues and magnify God. Not the gift of tongues, but the Gift of the Holy Spirit.

We as believers should want everything God the Father has provided for us, even if we don’t understand it.
