God Provides The Seed

2 Corinthians 9:10–15 NIV
10 Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness. 11 You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God. 12 This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of the Lord’s people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God. 13 Because of the service by which you have proved yourselves, others will praise God for the obedience that accompanies your confession of the gospel of Christ, and for your generosity in sharing with them and with everyone else. 14 And in their prayers for you their hearts will go out to you, because of the surpassing grace God has given you. 15 Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!
God gives both the seed and the bread, both the surplus to invest and the resources to support one’s family every day.
The Gift that God gives you , it’s not just for you, (There is a purpose)
The Gift is for me, but it is also to be invested back into the kingdom
Johnny did not hoard seeds, He scattered them everywhere believing for future fruit.
God gives us resources not to hoard, but to plant, in people, in ministries, and good works.
God provides what we need to give.
There are seeds of all kinds… you can sow with words or deeds
Tell the story of a desire… that bloomed on day unexpected!
P & P, the name, the prayer was specific…. monetary need… Faithful to me in my business.
on more then one occasion God has provided wonderful things for me.
Joshua, my health, Isreal, trip

* your obedience is more important then your loss
( I am his and He is min) His Banner over me....

Live With Open Hands

Deuteronomy 15:7–8 NIV
7 If anyone is poor among your fellow Israelites in any of the towns of the land the Lord your God is giving you, do not be hardhearted or tightfisted toward them. 8 Rather, be openhanded and freely lend them whatever they need.
Lend… It is the Lord that keeps good books!
open hands are ready to receive
A closed fist has not made itself available to receive.
the realization that Jesus is my portion…..a constant friend is He….
Psalm 16:5 NKJV
5 O Lord, You are the portion of my inheritance and my cup; You maintain my lot.
scripture spoken over my home… lot 16!
then why? because a promise is not limited to a physical thing… that promise was over me! God knew what I needed to understand to receive the blessing at that time… I may have lost the House, but i didn't lose the promise
14, 15, 16….
When giving costs you nothing, it gains a little, but when it’s a sacrifice it is sacred!
Psalm 16:6 NIV
6 The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance.
He led me to pleasant places…
*The same hand that gives is the same hand God fills.
true giving does not subtract from you: it multiplies through you! ( Kingdom Minded)

Trust wholeheartedly

Proverbs 3:5–10 NIV
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight. 7 Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and shun evil. 8 This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones. 9 Honor the Lord with your wealth, with the firstfruits of all your crops; 10 then your barns will be filled to overflowing, and your vats will brim over with new wine.
Philippians 4:17 MSG
17 I do want you to experience the blessing that issues from generosity.
Philippians 4:19 MSG
19 You can be sure that God will take care of everything you need, his generosity exceeding even yours in the glory that pours from Jesus.
Lets talk about tithing a min. in closing
Leviticus 27:30 MEV
30 Any tithe of the land, whether seed of the land or fruit of the trees, belongs to the Lord. It is holy to the Lord.
Johnny Appleseed knew this and built His life upon this principal.
Proverbs 11:24 NIV
24 One person gives freely, yet gains even more.
Malachi 3:10 NIV
10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the Lord Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it.
Tithing invites God’s involvement
It declares who my source is!
Its a faith decision before it is a financial one.
God Provides the seed and the harvest! we just need to understand that , live with an open hand and trust!
