This year, July 21, will make 1 year since I experienced the most life changing moment a person could potentially think of. I was shot while being around people that I loved and a place that always felt safe. I felt untouchable because to me I was standing on holy and fertile ground, and west chatham is my neighborhood. I took a gunshot to the left thigh. MRI showed that had if my left leg was turned 3 inches to the left while trying to run from gun shots, the bullet could have touched an artery and that could have been the end of life for me. While laying in the hospital bed, the phrase “But God” took on a whole new meaning. And this morning, just as I have every day and Sunday since, even with a gunshot wound to remind me of what I’ve encountered, I stand before you with a heart full of gratitude and grace, humbled because what was meant to take me out, God took the opportunity to turn my tragedy to triumph, and my triumph into a testimony. I said all of that to say I didn’t come here today because I needed something to do. I didn’t show up this morning just to look good in front of y’all. I’m not up here because I feel like performing. No, no, no. I’m here because I’ve survived something! I’ve been through some stuff! I’ve faced some devils, walked through some valleys, climbed some mountains, and shed some tears! There were nights it felt like my back was against the wall and all hell was this close to breaking loose. And this morning I think we can connect with the songwriter and testify, “As I look back over my life, and I think things over, there’s only one thing I can say: “I’ve got a testimony!” Can I get a witness in the building?!
Because the truth is… you don’t really know how good God is until you've been through something! You don’t understand His keeping power until you’ve almost lost your mind! You don’t understand He’s a provider until you’ve had more month than money! You don’t know He’s a healer until the doctor shook their head, told you there was nothing else they could do, and walked out the room! And I don’t know who I’m preaching to, but I believe I’ve got some survivors in this sanctuary today. I believe I’ve got some folks who didn’t just read about the goodness of God—they lived it! They breathed it! They cried through it! They fought for it! Somebody in here got some battle scars and bruises, but baby, you made it! Somebody shout: “I’ve got a testimony!”
Let me tell you what a testimony is. A testimony is not just a cute little story, it’s not just a Christian cliché, it’s not just something you say during devotion time. A testimony is your receipt, it’s your proof of purchase!
A testimony says, “Yes, the enemy tried it… but God turned it!” A testimony says, “The devil meant it for evil… but God meant it for good!” A testimony says, “I should’ve been dead… but mercy said ‘NO!’
Slap your neighbor a high five and say, “Neighbor, I shouldn’t even be sitting next to you today—but I’ve got a testimony!”
See, some folk don’t understand your praise because they don’t understand your pain. They don’t get your hallelujah because they never saw your hell. They don’t know why you run, why you shout, why you weep, why you wave… but what they really don’t know is—
You were battling behind the scenes. You were wrestling in the midnight hour. You were fighting for my faith. And while folks saw your smile—they didn’t see the struggle!
If I can, I just need about 10 people who aren’t ashamed to testify to the fact: “If you knew what I had to go through to get here… you’d be shouting too!”
Now here’s the real shout: The enemy thought he had you! He saw you hurting and said, “She ain’t getting back up this time.” He saw you caught up in a tight jam with your back in a corner and said, “That brother’s about to fold.” He saw the divorce, the depression, the sickness, the scandal—and started rejoicing! But what the enemy didn’t know is that God had a plan! God had a purpose! God had a promise! And God gave you power! And that power is in the blood… and it’s in your testimony!
That’s why John said, “They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony.”
Let me pause for a second and break that down:
The blood—that’s what Jesus did for you.
The testimony—that’s what Jesus did through you.
Overcame—that’s what the devil can’t do to you!
Ok, back to the regular scheduled program. Don’t get tired of me this morning, but I’m gonna need yal to talk back to me today. Shout it for me one more time: “I’ve got a testimony!”
And I ain’t talking about a testimony that’s pretty and polished… I’m talking about a nasty, bloody testimony, a bent but not broken testimony, a battered-but-I’m-still-here testimony! I’m talking about a “They counted me out, but God counted me in” kind of testimony.(Did I hit your row yet?) I’m talking about a “They left me for dead, but grace pulled me up” kind of testimony! I’m talking about a testimony where you had to crawl your way out of depression. A testimony where you had to fight through addiction. (Somebody gone catch it in a minute mother) A testimony where you were smiling in public - sobbing in private, but you kept the faith! And now that you’re still standing, you oughta open your mouth and let the devil know:  “You should’ve killed me when you had the chance—because now I’ve got a testimony!”
So today, I didn’t come to impress you. I didn’t come to entertain you. I didn’t come to explain myself to you. I came to testify! I came to overcome it! I came to snatch somebody else out with my story! Because the same God that brought me out… can bring YOU, you and you out too!
Look at somebody and tell ‘em: “Your testimony is loading… So hold on!”
Let’s go deeper, church. Because what we’re about to unlock today is not just what God did, but how He did it. And if you stay with me through this message, if you don’t sit on your praise, God’s gonna stir your memory and release your shout. He’s about to turn your pain into power. Your story into strength. Your history into holy help. Because if you’ve still got blood running warm in your body… then you’ve already got a testimony… You’ve already got the victory! Now let’s walk this Word—because baby… I’ve got a testimony! (Let me compose myself, cause I feel myself getting happy up here all by myself, because when I think about…. the goodness of Jesus and alll that he has done for me.. My Soul.. I said my soul cries out.. halleljuah!

Now, Let’s Set the Scene!

Before we can understand the power in Revelation 12:11, you’ve got to understand where we are in the story of the struggle. The book of Revelation is not just a mysterious book full of dragons, beasts, trumpets, and seals, it is the final unveiling of God’s victory plan. It is the pulling back of the curtain on what’s really happening in the spiritual realm.

Revelation was written by the Apostle John, exiled on the island of Patmos, not because he committed a crime, but because he preached the Gospel. He was locked away, isolated, and cut off from the world. But can I pause and tell you something? Sometimes God will isolate you just to reveal Himself more clearly to you! Sometimes you’ve got to be separated to get the revelation!
So right here in Revelation 12, John gives us a glimpse into a heavenly war—a cosmic battle between good and evil, light and darkness, Christ and Satan. He starts talking about a woman clothed with the sun, giving birth to a child, while a great red dragon waits to devour it. The woman represents Israel, the child is Jesus, and the dragon is Satan, the old serpent.
John paints the picture of Satan being cast out of heaven—defeated, disgraced, and dismissed. No longer welcome in the heavenly courts, he comes down to earth in rage, knowing his time is short.
That’s when John drops this powerful verse:
“And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony…”
Who Is “They”? “They” are the faithful believers. “They” are the saints of God. “They” are the ones who didn’t bow, who didn’t quit, who didn’t fold under pressure. “They” are those who kept praising even under persecution! Look at somebody and tell them: “I’m part of the ‘they’!”
This verse is both a battle cry and a blueprint. It shows us how the saints got the victory, not with swords or spears, not with money or politics, not with popularity or position, but with two unstoppable weapons:
The Blood of the Lamb and
2. The Word of Their Testimony
“The blood” refers to the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ, the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. When Jesus shed His blood on Calvary, He didn’t just cover sin, He conquered it. He didn’t just save you from punishment, He gave you power over the enemy! The blood is your covering. The blood is your cleansing. The blood is your weapon. The blood is your access. Somebody shout: “There is power in the blood!” (Yal talking goooood tuhday)
So every time Satan tries to accuse you, every time he brings up your past, every time he whispers lies in your ear, you can point to the cross and say: “That’s covered in the blood!” “That’s forgiven by the blood!” “That’s washed away in the blood!”
Now here’s where it gets personal. Because the second weapon IS NOT about Jesus dying, it’s about YOU surviving! The blood is what Jesus did. The testimony is what you lived through to prove that the blood still works! Now, now Don’t miss this: Your testimony is spiritual warfare!
The enemy can’t handle your testimony. He can deal with religion. He can tolerate tradition. But what he can’t stand is when you open your mouth and testify:
“I was depressed, but He gave me peace.” “I was addicted, but He set me free.” “I almost quit, but He held me together.” “I lost people I loved, but He never left me.” (help me Holy Ghost) “I was broke, but somehow, my bills got paid!” “I was a mess, but mercy rewrote my story!”
“Yea they tried to paint a negative image of me, but the facts revealed it was all a lie”
Your testimony strips the enemy of power. Your testimony reminds hell that heaven still has and will always have the victory. Your testimony tells the devil, ‘You should’ve taken me out when you had the chance!’  Somebody shout: “I’ve got a testimony!”

The last part of verse 12 say “And They Loved Not Their Lives Unto the Death”

This part is deep, church. It means these saints we’re not just church attenders. They weren’t just casual believers. They were fully committed. They were so sold out to Jesus that they were willing to die for Him. They didn’t live for comfort. They lived for Christ. They didn’t chase luxury. They chased loyalty to the Lamb. Now I’m not saying God’s calling you to die physically but He is calling you to die. Die to your pride. Die to your flesh. Die to your ego. Die to your will, so you can live in His. Somebody shout: “I’m sold out!” (Yea, we having church today)
Revelation 12:11 is not just about a past war, it’s about a present victory. It’s about what happens when ordinary people pick up divine weapons. It’s about what happens when faith-filled believers testify their way into triumph! That’s why the enemy fights your voice because he knows the moment you speak up, freedom starts falling. Chains start breaking. Souls start getting saved. And devils start trembling. So I stopped by on my way to heaven to tell somebody on this Pentecost Sunday  “Don’t let the devil steal your story!” “Don’t let him silence your mouth!” “You’ve got a testimony, and somebody needs to hear it!” That brings me to the 1st point of this little message, the 1st point of this little message today is this.. (and it’s simple)

Point 1: The Blood….Still Works

Let me tell you something that’s been tried, tested, and proven through every generation— The blood still works! I don’t care what the world says. I don’t care what culture says. I don’t care what social media or science or skeptics say, The blood still works! It’s not outdated. It’s not expired. It’s not some ancient religious superstition. The blood of Jesus Christ is alive, active, and unstoppable! It reaches back into your past… It covers your present… And it secures your future. Somebody shout:  “The blood still works!” What Is the Blood Revun?
Let me break it down for you: the "blood of the Lamb" refers to the sacrifice Jesus made on Calvary. It wasn’t just any blood, it was the perfect, sinless, divine blood. It was the blood that satisfied the wrath of God. It was the blood that cancelled sin’s debt. It was the blood that broke every curse, destroyed every chain, and dismantled every lie of the enemy. Say it with me: “The blood still works!” When Jesus shed His blood…He wasn’t just bleeding… He was buying! He wasn’t just dying… He was delivering! He wasn’t just suffering… He was securing salvation for all who believe!
That’s why the songwriter said:“It reaches to the highest mountain… and it flows to the lowest valley. The blood that gives me strength from day to day, it will never lose its power!” Now, Why Does the Blood Matter?
Because the blood still covers! It still cleanses. It still heals. It still redeems. It still restores. And let me tell you something, Satan can’t stand the blood! You want to know how to shut the enemy up? You want to know how to drive the devil crazy? You want to know how to defend your house, your mind, your marriage, your children?  Plead the blood!  Speak the blood! Stand in the blood! When you’re under attack, you don’t need a fancy prayer, just go back to what the old church mothers and saints used to say  “Lord, I plead the blood!”
Some of y’all don’t even realize, you’re still alive because of the blood! That car crash should’ve taken you out… but the blood stepped in! That hospital report had your name on a casket… but the blood said, “Not so!” That anxiety tried to drown you… but the blood said, “Peace, be still!” Shout with me: “The blood still works!”
Now Revelation 12:11 says “They overcame him…” who is “him”? That’s the devil. The accuser. The deceiver. The dragon. And how did they overcome? Not with fists. Not with finances. Not with fame. They overcame by the blood of the Lamb! Which means this: Your victory is in what Christ already finished!
The enemy comes accusing, But the blood defends you! The enemy comes lying,  But the blood speaks the truth over you! The enemy says, “You’re not worthy!”, But the blood says, “You’re already washed!”
Somebody ought to testify in here like you know that the real reason you’re still in your right mind, the reason our children make it through, the reason cancer didn’t kill you, the reason depression didn’t take you out— IS BECAUSE THE BLOOD STILL WORKS!
Let me tell you something: The same blood that saved Grandma. The same blood that brought Big Mama through Jim Crow… The same blood that kept Daddy in the middle of war.. the same blood that kept you death from knocking on your door and called your name… Is the same blood that’ll keep you through inflation, temptation, depression, and every kind of situation. It didn’t lose power then. It hasn’t lost power now.  One last time, say it with power: “The BLOOD… STILL… WORKS!” Can I give you point 2? Here it is….

Point 2: There’s Power In Your Testimony

Let the church say, “There’s power in my story!” Let the redeemed of the Lord say so! We’ve already talked about the blood, now we’ve got to talk about the second weapon: the word of your testimony. Let me tell you what the enemy hopes you never figure out: He’s not just afraid of your prayer… He’s not just afraid of your worship… He is terrified of your testimony! Shout it loud: “There’s power in my testimony!”  What Is a Testimony?
A testimony is more than a churchy moment, it’s a spiritual weapon. It’s not a cute story. It’s not just a tearful memory. It’s not just a 2-minute mic moment on a Sunday morning. A testimony is evidence. A testimony is proof. A testimony is your spiritual receipt that says: “Yeah, I went through it. But look at me now!” Your testimony is standing in the courtroom and testifying: “Devil, you tried it… but God turned it!” And here’s the shouting part: your testimony isn’t about how strong you are, it’s about how strong God is through you! “If you knew my story, you’d understand my shout!” Can I tell you why the devil Hates Your Testimony? Because, every time you testify…
You remind hell that it lost.
You remind demons that they failed.
You remind the accuser that he couldn’t stop you!
That’s why he tried to shut your mouth. That’s why he tried to drown you in guilt. That’s why he whispered, “Don’t say nothing, nobody wants to hear you…” But I got news for you… good news- the devil is a lie, and I need about 6 and i'll make 7 of y’all to shout it like you mean it:  “I will bless the Lord at ALL times… and His praise shall continually be in my mouth!” Your mouth is a miracle! Your story is a sermon! And your testimony is a key that unlocks freedom in someone else’s life!
You Overcame Because You Spoke Up. Revelation 12 doesn’t just say they survived… It doesn’t just say they endured… it says they overcame, by the blood and the word. Watch it now, not just the thought, but the word of their testimony. That means they opened their mouth and told the truth about what they’d been through. See, the devil doesn’t care about your silent survival. He gets nervous when you start talking! Because your testimony is the very thing that sets somebody else free.
You ought to testify because somebody’s thinking about giving up. You ought to testify because somebody’s praying for a sign. You ought to testify because your survival proves God still saves! Tell ‘em:
“I’ve been broke… but God made a way.” “I’ve been lonely… but God stayed close.” “I’ve been depressed… but joy came in the morning.” “I’ve been sick… but I’m still standing.” “I’ve been wrong… but grace rewrote my name!”
Look at your neighbor and say: “I’m the proof that God can bring you through!”  Your Story Carries Deliverance. Your testimony can:
Lift the suicidal, it can
Free the addicted, it can
Heal the broken, it can
Encourage the weary, it can
Ignite the faithless.
That’s why you can’t be silent. That’s why you can’t keep it to yourself. That’s why you must share it, because what you went through is someone else’s lifeline. You thought your pain had no purpose. But God said, “I let you go through it so I could bring someone else out of it!”  Somebody say: “My story has purpose!” You Survived for a Reason (Let’s see if the holy spirit allows me to walk down your row.
You didn’t survive that accident by chance. You didn’t beat that illness by coincidence. You didn’t escape that depression by luck. You’re here because God kept you! You’re here because He had a plan! You’re here because you’ve got a testimony!  And because you’ve got a story,  sometimes you’ve got to open your mouth and let the devil know:   “I’m not ashamed of what I’ve been through!” “I’m not embarrassed by where I’ve been!” “Because everything I’ve been through brought me closer to the cross!” Your testimony is power! Your testimony is your weapon! Your testimony is your worship in words. Sometimes you’ve got to look back over your life and remind yourself,  “This shout ain’t random, it’s rooted in my story!” “This dance ain’t for show—it’s from survival!”  “This praise ain’t pretend, it’s because I’ve BEEN THROUGH something!” I don’t need the organ to dance, I’ve got a flashback! I don’t need a choir to shout, I’ve got a testimony! And if there’s anybody here that knows what it feels like to cry at night, to wonder if God heard you, to walk through the fire, but still have joy… then open your mouth and let the redeemed of the Lord say so! Im almost done, and we gone bounce to the crib, Game 2 of the NBA finals comes on.

Point 3: The Test Made It a Testimony

Can I preach it like I feel it? We’ve shouted about the blood. We’ve praised God for the testimony. But now I need about 5 folks who ain’t ashamed to admit,  “I’ve been through some stuff!” See, the shout ain’t just in the survival… The shout is in the story behind the survival. Let me say it plain:  “There can’t be a testimony without a test!” Come on church, say it with me: “No test… No testimony!”  “No pain… No power!” “No cross… No crown!” The Test Was Necessary! You were praying for God to elevate you, And He said: “Okay… but before I take you higher, I gotta take you through some fire! I’ve got to test your faith! Do you really trust and believe that I am who I am?”
You wanted strength, but He gave you struggle.
You wanted faith, but He let the storm come.
You wanted oil, but He took you through crushing.
Know this, the anointing comes AFTER the agony. Somebody holler back:  “The test was necessary!” That fire wasn’t to burn you, it was to refine you. That pit wasn’t your prison, it was your preparation. That betrayal wasn’t for your breakdown, it was for your breakthrough! The test wasn’t to kill you, It was to qualify you!
Tests reveal what you carry! Let me teach this right here: A test isn’t for God to find out what’s in you—He already knows. The test is so you can see what He’s already placed inside of you! You thought you were weak… but the test showed you were stronger than you thought. You thought you couldn’t make it… but the test showed you could walk on water if you kept your eyes stayed on Jesus. You thought you were alone… but the test revealed He never left you!  Say it with me: “The test showed me who I really am!”
But here is the shout, the Test Was the Setup for the Testimony. You thought it was a setback… But God said, “It’s the setup!” You cried yourself to sleep. You almost lost your mind. You didn’t know if you would make it another day. But when the dust settled, when the smoke cleared, YOU WERE STILL STANDING! That’s when your test turned into a testimony. Let me walk this check list and see if I can come down your street again right through here. That heartbreak? Test turned testimony. That job loss? Test turned testimony. That addiction? Test turned testimony. That divorce?  Test turned testimony. That depression?  Test turned testimony! I dare somebody that can testify to stand on your feet and shout: “It made me stronger!”  “It made me wiser!”  “It made me better!” “It made me a witness!” Because now you don’t just have a praise… You’ve got proof! (Sit down, yal making me nervous, and I’ve got to finish this.) Can I tell you what God told me to tell you? Ah, well thank you very much. Heaven told me to tell you
You’re Carrying Glory From the Test
The Bible says in Romans 8:18, “For I reckon, that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that shall be revealed in us..”
That means your pain has a payoff. Your test wasn’t wasted. Your trial wasn’t for nothing. You went through hell, but now you’ve got heaven’s hand on you!  Let the church say “Glory is coming out of this!” You’re not just a survivor. You’re a carrier of glory. You’re not just a churchgoer. You’re a walking testimony! You’re not just a Christian. You’re a living, breathing, shouting, stomping, praising product of grace! And now when the devil looks at you… He doesn’t just see a threat, he sees a witness. A witness that God is faithful. A witness that Jesus still saves. A witness that the Holy Ghost still has power! You’ve been through the fire… but you didn’t burn up. You’ve been through the flood… but you didn’t drown. You’ve been through the storm… but you’re still here! And if anybody asks you how you made it,  Just throw your hands up and say: “The test made it a testimony!”  “The trial turned into a triumph!”  “The pain became my platform!”  “The storm became my sermon!” You’ll be able to look at somebody and tell ‘em:  “That test made me a preacher!”  “That test made me a worshipper!” “That test made me a believer!” You went in crying… but you came out preaching! You went in hurt… but you came out healed! You went in broken… but you came out blessed! And now you’ve got something to say… Because the test made it a testimony!

CLOSE: IM DONE HERE, BUT I’VE GOT A TESTIMONY, AND BELOVED YOU’VE GOT ONE TOO!

I said all that to tell you this: The reason we’ve got a testimony… The reason we can shout like we do… The reason you can praise like you’re crazy… The reason you can clap, and stomp, and holler… Is because one Friday… He gave us one! Have I got a witness here?  I’ve got a testimony… Because Jesus paid it all, and all to Him I owe! Sin had left a crimson stain… but He washed me white as snow! Have I got a witness here?
Can I preach it like I feel it?!
He didn’t just die for my sins— He died for my story!
He didn’t just hang for my past— He hung for my purpose!
He didn’t just shed His blood for my healing— He shed it for my history!
Because when I couldn’t help myself… When I was lost in my mess… When I was dead in sin… When I was sinking deep in guilt… When I had no hope, no joy, no future… He stepped in and said:  “I’ll die, so they can LIVE!” Is there anybody here that’s glad He died?!
Yes He did die! He died ‘til the veil tore! He died ‘til the earth began to shake! He died ‘til the sun refused to shine! He died ‘til mercy met justice and grace won the case!
But that’s not how the story ends…
Because early—I said early! Sunday morning… He got up! With all power… Resurrection power… Life-changing power… Testimony-making power… Soul-saving power… in His hands!
And now I can say…
“This joy that I have,  the world didn’t give it, and the world can’t take it away!”
PREACH NIGGA !! CLOSE IT OUT
I’ve got a testimony…
Because He walked me through cancer.
Because He kept me through depression.
Because He fed me when I had no job.
Because He loved me when I didn’t love myself.
Because He gave me peace in the middle of the storm!
Because He held me in the hospital room.
WHY DONT YOU REACH OVER AND GRAB YOUR NEIGHBOR BY THE HAND (HOLD IT AND SHAKE. SHAKE IT AND HOLD) AND TELL THEM:  “Neighbor… I’m a walking- talking, shouting- stomping, blood-covered, devil-defeating, Holy Ghost-filled testimony!” Yes Sir!!
If you know you’ve got a testimony— You oughta lift your hands…
If you’ve got a testimony, you ought to Open your mouth…
If you know you’ve got a testimony Throw your head back, lift up your hands… And give Him the glory!! Because if it had not been for the Lord who was on your side…
You wouldn’t have made it! You wouldn’t have survived it! You wouldn’t have overcome it!
But since you're here… Since you’ve been through it… Since you made it out…
You owe God a praise! You owe Him your thank you Jesus!
 You owe Him your shout!
Because you’ve got a testimony!!
I’m done, but let me close with this story.
I want to leave you with this: The bible says, “They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony...” And somebody in here today knows what it means to go through something that you didn’t ask for, didn’t deserve, and didn’t see coming. But you’re still here. And that means you’ve got a testimony.
Let me tell you a story.
There was a man, an ordinary man, who worked hard, lived right, and loved his family. One day, he was falsely accused of something he didn’t do. They said he stole. They said he cheated. They said he lied. And even though there was no proof, the rumors spread like wildfire. His name was dragged through the mud. He lost friends. He lost opportunities. He even lost his peace of mind. And every time he tried to defend himself, it seemed like nobody wanted to hear the truth.
But instead of lashing out, instead of giving up, instead of becoming bitter, he held on to his faith. He kept showing up. He kept praying. He kept serving. He kept trusting God. And day by day, God started to restore what the enemy tried to destroy. Eventually, the truth came out. The lies were exposed. The real guilty party confessed. And that man—yes, that man—stood in front of the same people who once doubted him and declared, “I’ve got a testimony!”
Oh, I wish I had a witness right there! Somebody who knows what it feels like to be misunderstood, misjudged, misrepresented, but you held on! You didn’t retaliate. You didn’t quit. You let God fight your battles. And now you’ve got a testimony that says, “The devil tried it, but he didn’t win!”
And if that wasn’t enough to shout about, let me take you 2,000 years ago, to a hill called Calvary. There was another man, a sinless man—who was falsely accused. They said He was blaspheming. They said He was stirring up trouble. They said He was a threat to Caesar. But Jesus didn’t defend Himself. He didn’t call down angels. He didn’t curse His accusers. He simply stretched His arms wide, took the nails, hung on that cross, and died for you and me. And because He lives, we’ve got a testimony! Because He overcame, we can overcome! Because the blood still works, the enemy is still defeated!
So when folks ask you how you made it, tell them: “It wasn’t my money. It wasn’t my status. It wasn’t my strength. It was the blood of the Lamb, and the word of my testimony!”  Yes, I’ve been through the fire. I’ve cried through the night. I’ve been lied on, talked about, misunderstood. But I’m still standing! I’m still praising! I’m still here!
And as long as you’ve got breath in my body, keep telling it:
I’ve got a…. you’ve got a…..WE’VE got a testimony… and the devil can’t take it!
So go ahead and tell it. Tell your story. Shout your survival. Praise your way through it. Because somebody needs to hear hear how you made it out, so that they can. Now give God praise… not just for what you have, but for what you survived!
ALTAR CALL
“Come on church, stay right there in that spirit… don’t sit down just yet… somebody’s soul is hanging in the balance.” Dont sit back on what God has done… I dare you to praise him. I dare you to make the devil made… (Start singing this joy that I have the world didn’t give it to me, and open the doors of the church)
You’ve heard the Word… You’ve felt the power… But now it’s decision time. It’s not enough to shout about a testimony… You need to receive one!
Somebody in this room has been through a storm. You’ve been in a test so long, you almost gave up. You’ve been carrying pain, shame, and guilt… But God sent me today to tell you—  “This is your moment!”  “This is your day!”  “This is your time to be made whole!”
The same Jesus who gave me a testimony… Wants to give you one too. Maybe you’ve never given your life to Christ. Maybe you did, but life got hard and you walked away.  Maybe you're saved, but you're tired, worn, and you feel like quitting.  “Well guess what?” God is calling you right now. And He’s saying, “Come home.” You don’t have to be perfect to come. You don’t have to fix yourself first. You don’t have to clean up to come to Jesus, You come to Him, and He’ll clean you up!  “Come just as you are.” If you believe Jesus died for your sins… If you believe He rose on the third day… If you want a brand-new life in Him…(Romans 10:9) tells us to  “Confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in thine heart that God has raised him from the dead, thou shall be saved!” Let’s pray “God we thank you for the word that has gone forth, but now it is decision time. Come into the hearts of those who may be wrestling with a choice, convict the hearts of these your people and let them know that the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life. God, control and move as only you can right now, give someone the courage to choose you. And let today be the best day for the rest of their because they made a choice to follow you. In Jesus' name that we pray, and all the people that love the Lord said “Amen.”
