In the conclusion of Revelation, Jesus affirms his imminent return. John emphasizes the spirit of worship that persists whenever the church calls out, "Come." As the church awaits this return, it must cleanse itself, partake in spiritual sustenance, and continually cry out for the arrival of the Davidic King in the eternal city.

Reading of Revelation 22:12-21
Jesus Testifies about His Imminent Return.
Behold, I am coming soon!
I am repaying each one for what he has done. (Rewarding the faithful, condemning the evil).
I am eternal, the Davidic King, resurrected from the dead and bright as the morning star.
John’s Invites You to Worship Coming Christ.
Blessed are those who wash their robes in the blood of the Lamb. True happiness is realized in repentance and sacrifice to God.
Come, drink of the waters of life without price. Believe and be baptized and be full of the Spirit.
Sing, God’s praise chorus, “Come.” Conclude your prayers with requesting Jesus’ return.
When You Worship Jesus Christ, Who is Coming.
You have the right to the tree of life.
Access in the Eternal City, the New Jerusalem.
Eternal Life in Christ, who loves you forever.
