Be Still and Believe- The Battle is the Lords
Bible Passage: Ex 14:1–31
Summary: In Exodus 14, God leads the Israelites to the edge of the Red Sea, where they are trapped between the sea and the advancing Egyptian army. Through miraculous intervention, God parts the waters, demonstrating His power and faithfulness as He delivers His people from slavery.
How this passage could point to Christ: The crossing of the Red Sea foreshadows Christ's ultimate victory over sin and death. Just as God delivered His people from physical bondage, Jesus delivers believers from spiritual slavery, illustrating that our salvation is assured through Him.
