God is not a God of confusion but of order (1 Corinthians 14:33). Just as the tabernacle had precise instructions, the New Testament Church has been given specific directions for leadership. The offices of elder and deacon are not optional—they are divinely instituted for the governance, care, and growth of the local church (1 Timothy 3:1–13; Titus 1:5–9; Acts 6:1–7).
