31 “Do not worry then, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear for clothing?’ 32 “For all these things the Gentiles eagerly seek; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 “But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you. 34 “So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
SO WHAT? ASK WHY ANY OF THIS MATTERS AT ALL - Listen and push the point that some things are not our responsibility or concern
When parents have a newborn they do not expect the baby to worry about his food, they do expect the baby to squawk when he is hungry. But to worry or fret for a baby, that would be strange.
If we ask God to supply our needs in excess of what we can use can we expect Him to supply? Does that not mean that we do not trust in His providence. God is perfect in His administration, wise in His handling, powerful in His completeness. He keeps and manages everything and He does this for His own glory

If we give this up to Him does that not mean that we can devote prayer with thankfulness to what He has supplied?
FINAL READING
Philippians 4:6–8 “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is dignified, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, consider these things.”
