Welcome to Kingdom Focused Solutions Podcast, I am your host Chris Priest.

Thank you for joining us and please join us each week as we discuss church leadership.

Many churches struggle with leadership situations, whether with the pastor, or the pastor with other leaders, or just unhealthy leadership as a whole.

I have pastored 3 SBC churches, and have faced different leadership problems.

Those problems have ranged from others not following leadership, someone having control over the leadership, and having a leader that controls everything and influences others so that they do not go against their leadership.

As I have been working on my doctoral degree I am striving to develop strategies to overcome those problems.

As there is a need for churches to be able to learn how to develop strategies for their leadership to become healthy.

The mission of this podcast is to provide an opportunity for pastors, leaders, and churches to learn, grow, and develop their leadership strategies and programs.

The vision is to see struggling, disconnected, and overwhelmed pastors, leaders, and churches develop strategies to become healthy once again.
