🔥 INTRODUCTION:
🔥 INTRODUCTION:
There are times when heaven opens a window in history—a divine intersection between the natural and the supernatural—and God thunders, "NOW is the time!" My friend, we are standing in such a time. This is not just another season on the calendar—this is a kairos moment (Strong’s G2540), a heaven-ordained time frame where destinies are activated, mantles are released, and the remnant is called forth.
We are not here by mistake. You didn’t just wander into this church, this message, or this hour. You were eklegomai (Strong’s G1586) — divinely handpicked, chosen out from among many for a sacred assignment. The Father has authored a chapter in the story of redemption that only you can walk in—and the ink is fire.
Just like Elijah stood alone on Mount Carmel, just like Esther was positioned in a palace, and just like Paul thundered from prison cells—the Spirit of God is raising up voices in the wilderness again. The world may be louder, darker, and more perverse than ever before, but so is the call of the remnant. And you—yes, you—are not the audience of God's movement. You are the evidence of it.
In a day when religion has grown cold and compromise is celebrated, God is not recruiting the lukewarm, the casual, or the trendy. He is calling the leimma (Strong’s G3062)—the holy residue, the remaining firebrands who have not bowed their knee to Baal, who have not kissed the idols of this world, and who burn when others chill. These are the ones who are not content with church as usual. They crave the glory as original.
And let me be clear: This message is not for the crowd. This is a call to the committed. It’s not an altar for comfort; Posco2309@ an altar for consecration. It is for the Daniels who dare to pray with windows open in a Babylonian system. It’s for the Esthers who say, “If I perish, I perish.” It’s for the unnamed intercessors, the overlooked worshipers, the broken yet burning. The remnant.
So I ask you, before we even preach another word:
Will you dare to be the remnant?
Will you say yes to the fire of refinement?
Will you leave the crowd to climb the mountain with God?
Because Heaven is not asking for your opinion—He’s asking for your obedience.
Romans 13:11 (NKJV) — “…it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed.”
There’s an awakening in the Spirit. There’s a rumble in the heavens.
This is not the season for passive spectators.
This is the hour of burning witnesses.
🔥 You are not a decoration in the house of God. You are a demonstration of His glory.
🔥 You are not waiting for revival. You are the revival.
🔥 You are not a remnant because you’re worthy—you’re the remnant because you’re willing.
Let us now step into the Word, and let the Holy Spirit ignite what’s been buried, awaken what’s been dormant, and revive what’s been wounded. The time is now. The remnant is rising. And you were born for this.

POINT 1: You Were Chosen for This Hour
POINT 1: You Were Chosen for This Hour
Scripture: Jeremiah 1:5 — “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”
God does not make mistakes. You were handcrafted for such a time as this. You weren’t born into this generation by chance—you were assigned to it. Before you ever breathed, Heaven had already breathed purpose into your soul.
Strong’s G1586 – “eklegomai” (ἐκλέγομαι) — “to select, choose out for one’s self, especially by a divine act.”
Supporting Scriptures:
Esther 4:14 — “…for such a time as this.”
Ephesians 1:4 — “He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world…”
2 Timothy 1:9 — “…called us with a holy calling, not according to our works but according to His own purpose…”
🔥 Truth: You are God’s intentional decision for this generation.
Illustration: Like Esther, who was placed in a pagan palace for a holy purpose, you too are strategically positioned. When Mordecai said, “Who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” (Esther 4:14), he wasn’t wondering—he was declaring destiny. So are we.
POINT 2: You Are a Sign, Not a Spectator
POINT 2: You Are a Sign, Not a Spectator
Scripture: Isaiah 8:18 — “Here am I and the children whom the LORD has given me! We are for signs and wonders in Israel…”
Stop looking for a sign—you are one! Every time you stand for truth, love when hated, and walk upright in a crooked generation, you are Heaven’s living billboard.
Strong’s G4592 – “sēmeion” (σημεῖον) — “a sign, mark, miracle, or evidence indicating divine truth.”
💡 Spirit-Filled Insight:
You are not a mere observer of spiritual history—you are a Spirit-marked indicator of God’s movement in your generation. Your life is a prophetic signal flare to a dark world, shouting, “God is still alive and working through yielded vessels!”
Supporting Scriptures:
Matthew 5:14-16 — “You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden…”
Philippians 2:15 — “…shine as lights in the world.”
Acts 1:8 — “…you shall be witnesses to Me…”
🔥 Truth: Your life is a message from heaven written in the ink of grace and fire.
Illustration: A woman once shared that her co-worker, after watching her pray through cancer, whispered one day, “I’ve seen God in you.” She didn’t preach—she just lived. Your life may be the only gospel some ever read.
POINT 3: The Remnant Is Marked by Surrender, Not Size
POINT 3: The Remnant Is Marked by Surrender, Not Size
Scripture: Matthew 7:13-14 — “…narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.”
The remnant has never been the majority. It is not about popularity but purity. God isn’t searching for crowds—He’s searching for consecrated hearts.
Strong’s G3062 – “leimma” (λεῖμμα) — “a remainder, residue, those left by divine design.”
💡 Spirit-Filled Insight:
The remnant is not random leftovers—they are divinely preserved survivors of the fire. God always leaves a leimma—a people who will not bow, no matter how loud the culture screams. They are few, but fiery. Hidden, but holy.
Supporting Scriptures:
Zechariah 4:6 — “Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit…”
1 Corinthians 1:27–29 — “God has chosen the foolish things… the weak… the lowly…”
Revelation 3:4 — “You have a few names… who have not defiled their garments…”
🔥 Truth: God isn’t counting heads—He’s measuring hearts.
Illustration: During the Hebrides Revival, two elderly sisters—Peggy and Christine Smith—cried out to God in a barn. Their obedience shook the island. It wasn’t a megachurch. It was a remnant.
POINT 4: The Remnant Carries the Burden of Heaven
POINT 4: The Remnant Carries the Burden of Heaven
Scripture: Joel 2:17 — “Let the priests, who minister to the LORD, weep between the porch and the altar…”
Remnant believers don’t just intercede—they carry the heartache of Heaven. They feel what others ignore. They weep for cities, fast for families, and cry out in the night for revival.
Strong’s H4853 – “massa” (מַשָּׂא) — “a burden, prophetic utterance, load carried by divine compulsion.”
💡 Spirit-Filled Insight:
The remnant doesn’t carry their own burden—they carry God’s heart. The word “massa” reveals that prophetic people are often weighed down with holy urgency. They weep when others laugh. They intercede when others ignore. They feel the weight of heaven’s pain for earth.
Supporting Scriptures:
Romans 8:26–27 — “…the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings…”
Ezekiel 9:4 — “…mark those who sigh and cry over abominations…”
Lamentations 2:18–19 — “…Pour out your heart like water before the face of the Lord…”
🔥 Truth: The remnant doesn’t just feel burdened—they become the intercessors of heaven’s cry.
Illustration: Leonard Ravenhill said, “The church used to be a lightning bolt—now it’s a cruise ship.” The remnant, however, is still weeping between the porch and the altar.
POINT 5: The Remnant Is Purified by Fire
POINT 5: The Remnant Is Purified by Fire
Scripture: Zechariah 13:9 — “I will bring the third part through the fire... they shall call on My name, and I will answer them.”
Fire doesn’t destroy the remnant—it defines them. Trials are not punishment but preparation. If your life has felt like a furnace, it’s because God trusts you to carry glory.
Strong’s H6884 – “tsaraph” (צָרַף) — “to smelt, refine, test, purge, purify like gold in a furnace.”
💡 Spirit-Filled Insight:
The fire didn’t come to consume you—it came to reveal the pure gold in you. God tsaraphs His remnant in trials, not to punish but to prepare. Every furnace has been a proving ground for your anointing. You’re coming out marked, mature, and mighty.
Supporting Scriptures:
1 Peter 1:6–7 — “…tested by fire, may be found to praise…”
Malachi 3:2–3 — “…He is like a refiner’s fire…”
Isaiah 43:2 — “…when you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned…”
🔥 Truth: Your trials have not disqualified you—they’ve been preparing you to carry weighty glory.
Illustration: Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego didn’t burn in the fire; they burned with the fire. And there was a fourth man in it—Jesus. So it is with us.
POINT 6: You Are Not Just Saved—You Are Sent
POINT 6: You Are Not Just Saved—You Are Sent
Scripture: John 20:21 — “As the Father has sent Me, I also send you.”
This isn’t the hour for pew-sitters and silent saints. You are God’s deployment in your job, your family, your city. You are the revival someone is praying for.
Strong’s G649 – “apostellō” (ἀποστέλλω) — “to send forth on a defined mission with full authority.”
💡 Spirit-Filled Insight:
You were not saved just to sit—you were saved to be sent. God didn’t just forgive you; He commissioned you with apostolic fire to invade dark places with light. You are God’s authorized agent in enemy territory, backed by the full authority of Heaven.
Supporting Scriptures:
Matthew 28:19–20 — “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations…”
2 Corinthians 5:20 — “Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ…”
Acts 13:2–3 — “…Separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work…”
🔥 Truth: If you’re still breathing, you’re still on mission. You are His solution to someone’s cry.
Illustration: A missionary once said, “You don’t need to cross the sea to be a missionary—just cross the street.” Who is your assignment? Where is your battlefield?
POINT 7: The Call Is Urgent—And the Time Is Now
POINT 7: The Call Is Urgent—And the Time Is Now
Scripture: Romans 13:11 — “It is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed.”
We’re not waiting for a move of God—we are the move of God. This is not the hour to delay, to debate, or to deny. The shaking has already begun. The remnant must rise now.
Strong’s G2540 – “kairos” (καιρός) — “appointed time, critical opportune moment for divine action.”
💡 Spirit-Filled Insight:
This isn’t just a moment—it’s a kairos moment. That means Heaven has opened a divine portal of purpose, and the time to act is now. Delay is disobedience. The trumpet has sounded, and only those who walk in prophetic urgency will fulfill what God has assigned.
Supporting Scriptures:
2 Corinthians 6:2 — “…Now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.”
Hebrews 3:15 — “Today, if you will hear His voice, do not harden your hearts…”
Revelation 3:20 — “Behold, I stand at the door and knock…”
🔥 Truth: Delayed obedience is disobedience. This hour demands immediate surrender.
Illustration: In the final moments of WWII, soldiers fought with unmatched urgency knowing victory was near. The same is true for us—the battle is fierce because the breakthrough is near.
🔥 CONCLUSION: “The Remnant Must Rise”
🔥 CONCLUSION: “The Remnant Must Rise”
As we’ve walked through this Word, one truth has been made unmistakably clear:
You were not created to be casual—you were consecrated to be committed.
This is not just a call to believe—it is a call to burn.
Not just to be counted in the crowd—but to be carved out for the call.
Beloved, God has always moved through a remnant.
• When the world bowed to idols, He had a Daniel.
• When the temple was defiled, He had a Hezekiah.
• When the nation was sleeping, He had an Anna who prayed in the temple.
• When religion became a business, He raised up a John the Baptist, crying out in the wilderness.
Now... He has YOU.
You may not feel ready. You may not feel worthy. But that’s the power of the remnant—they are not chosen because of strength, but because of surrender.
The world is unraveling. Truth is under siege. But in the secret place, in the fire of refinement, in the caves and closets of prayer, God has been forming a people...
A burning, bold, and broken remnant.
You are not the echo—you are the voice.
You are not the reserve—you are the revival.
You are not the exception—you are the evidence that God still raises up vessels in a compromised generation.
So I declare over you:
🔥 You are marked.
🔥 You are sent.
🔥 You are dangerous to the darkness.
🔥 You are the remnant rising.
🙏 CLOSING PRAYER:
🙏 CLOSING PRAYER:
“Father, we answer the call. We lay down comfort and pick up the cross. We turn from the noise of the crowd and step into the fire of consecration. Mark us. Mold us. Send us. We don’t want applause—we want Your anointing. We don’t want position—we want purity. Let us be counted among those who say ‘Yes’ when the world says ‘No.’ Let us burn with uncompromising love, holy conviction, and unwavering courage. Lord, we are Your remnant. Raise us up for such a time as this. In the mighty, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the King of the remnant—we say, amen and amen!”
